Chemical composition

Daily caloric intake should be in the range of 2200-2400 kcal. This includes:

Bread and flour

It is allowed to eat bread made from rye and second grade wheat flour. The use of protein-bran bread is also allowed.   • lipids – 80 g;

Basic diet rules

In addition to increasing the amount of protein in the diet (up to 95-100 g) and moderately reducing the amount of fat (up to 78 g) and carbohydrates (up to 295 g), the diet of table No. 9 includes foods with lipotropic properties.

Easily digestible carbohydrates are removed from the menu, i.e. sugar (their amount in the menu is regulated by the attending physician in each specific case) and food with high content cholesterol high density.

Endocrine disease is caused by a metabolic disorder, the immunity of cells to

As long as beta cells are able to produce it, sugar levels are under control. If they fail to do the task, the concentration increases.
