This is controversial data, scientific assumptions that are constantly confirmed or refuted. But, one way or another, all these facts should lead you to a single conclusion - the most significant difference between vegetarians and vegans. The former, although they are criticized, still have a reduced risk of developing many diseases, thanks to more or less balanced diet.
