Moscow's disabled people have received an additional privilege for a social taxi, which they can ride at half price, since the state budget covers 50% of the cost. Accompanying person can be 1 person.
A disabled person who lives alone and has no one to look after should contact the Center social services. There he will be provided with a person to help with household issues, such as cleaning the home, going to the store.

All of these rights are inscribed in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and have legal force.

In addition to the above benefits, disabled people of the 3rd group can also receive some kind of bonuses. For example, applicants who successfully passed the exam can be admitted to the university without competition. At the same time, they need to provide the examination committee, along with other documents, with a certificate from the VTEK to confirm the fact and the disability group. This is the only condition that is put forward when such citizens enter an educational institution. The payment of the scholarship will not depend on their performance in the subjects.

Disabled people of the 3rd group are granted the privilege of free travel in city transport. To do this, they must present a social travel card.

If such persons with disabilities live in bad conditions, they have the opportunity to receive preferential housing. Also, the state can provide them with a piece of land for the construction of a house or outbuildings.

Disabled children of the 3rd group are exempted from paying insurance premiums to the Pension Fund. They are given tax relief.

Relatives are required to leave a part of the inheritance to a disabled person of group 3, which must be indicated in the will. If there is no will, then all heirs receive an equal share.
