The production characteristics are drawn up at the request of the employee (former employee) within three days.

  • Full name of the employee.
  • Full name and location of the enterprise that provides the description.

  • Describe how the labor process of this employee is organized (individual work, team work, etc.).
  • The position in which the employee works at the time of passing the examination, or in which he worked before dismissal.
  • Additional information about the position or profession (qualification, rank, related specialties, etc.).
  • Description of the work performed and its characteristics: tension, heaviness, monotony, etc. As a rule, this data can be taken from the SOUT (certification) card of the workplace.
  • Does the employee have benefits (shorter working hours, additional leave, etc.).
  • Indicate whether the employer can transfer a person to more light work.

It can be completed not only at the place of permanent registration, but in any city where a person lives (Government Decree No. 95 of February 20, 2006).

How does MSEC work?

The first thing you should do is submit an application for examination to the ITU office that is located at your place of residence. It is written by the citizen himself or his authorized person on the basis of a notarized power of attorney.

What will be contained in the application:

  • name of the bureau, surname and initials of the director;
  • passport information of the candidate, his residential address;
  • request for an examination; its purpose;
  • your consent to receive and process your personal information;
  • passport details of your authorized representative (if you are acting through him);
  • through which channel they preferred to keep in touch with you (telephone, e-mail, mail);
  • date, signature.

The next step of VTEK, how the commission goes, is preparing your package of documents. All tests and medical papers must bear the seal of the institution, not just the personal seal of the attending physician. If you have x-rays and hospital records, attach them, they will be needed. Please remember that the “expiration date” of certificates is a maximum of one month.

If for some reason there are insufficient documents, do not be upset, just submit an application - there are still ten days to bring the missing “papers”.

The application is submitted to the office of the bureau where you are applying and registered in the accounting journal. Now wait. Within five days you will be invited for an examination. Receive an invitation indicating the exact address, time and office number where you should come. Moreover, with the expectation that you would have to wait at the office for no more than half an hour.

It can be carried out in absentia or in a hospital - if the citizen confirms that he is unable to get to the institution.

The results of the meeting are communicated to the candidate immediately, without delay. If the examination was carried out without your presence, the results will be sent to the connection indicated in the application.
