Rinse the cucumber and cut it into slices. Peel the onion, chop into half rings. Cut the baguette crosswise into long pieces, and then each in half. Remove some of the pulp. Reheat the bread for 1 minute in the microwave. Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the tomato sauce and brush the sauce all over the inside of the slices. Put lettuce, onion, carrots and fresh cucumber with chopped herbs on one half, chicken on the other. Gently combine all sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • White bread (for toast) - 3 slices
  • Fried (boiled) turkey - 3 pieces
  • Bacon - 3 slices
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Green salad - 2 sheets

  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

Dry the bread a little in the toaster, in the oven or in a skillet without adding oil. Rinse the tomato and lettuce. Cut the tomato into circles, chop the turkey thinly.
