The biological clock of the human body by hours of work. Your body clock: what you need to know

Few are aware that the body owns the circadian rhythm. I will talk about this in this article on pro-kach.

Scientists have discovered that the organs within us are like numerous independent beings, each with a different internal rhythm. Previously, scientists believed that the circadian rhythm of our body is strictly controlled by the main “clock” located in the brain, but now they have found out that this is far from being the case.
In an article published in the Spring 2001 issue of Nature, scientists from Harvard Medical School and several other research institutes report an interesting discovery. Studying the liver and heart tissues of the experimental rat, they noticed that the physiological activity of the body is controlled by the local circadian clock.

All internal organs experience various periods of activity, which can then be adjusted to accommodate different schedules and lifestyles. So, the “clocks” in the heart and in the liver use a different set of genes to carry out similar functions.

Charles Weitz, professor of neuroscience at the American Harvard Medical School, explains: “Many tissues cycle for various reasons. This makes it possible for the organs to regulate their activity in accordance with their own needs, which makes a lot of sense.”

This phenomenon demonstrates that human organs have individual relatively independent metabolic activity. Ancient Chinese science viewed organs as independent beings. For example, in the Chinese school of Tao, it is believed that the human body is a universe inhabited by a variety of lives.

Ancient Chinese medicine also considered all elements of the body as independent thinking with different characteristics. They lead their personal independent life activities, while they depend on each other.

Time when circadian biorhythms are active:

3:00

A lower degree of melatonin production, which is behind our undisturbed sleep, mental reactions. Those who are not in a dream during this period of time are 5 times more likely to suffer from depression. The tendency to oncology increases 3 times.
From 3:00 (am) to 5:00 (am) starts to function circadian biorhythm lung meridian.

4:00

Second daily PAIN LIMIT (1st at 8:00 am). The lung system works dynamically. There is a transformation of the respiratory center, oxygen "recharging", rectification of the whole organism. The highest likelihood of seizures in people suffering from cardiac ischemia and asthma. It would be nice to sleep with an open window. Daily biorhythms organs have a profound effect on human life.

5:00

Minimal KIDNEY activity. If you go up to the toilet early in the morning, then something is wrong with the genitourinary system.

From 5:00 (am) to 7:00 (am) the maximum activity of the large intestine. This is the time to regulate the vital activity of the body (hormonal, endocrine systems). The intestines are prepared for detoxification. And if you did not go to the toilet, then all the toxins, poisons return to the blood circulation. This is why constipated people tend to get headaches more often.

From 3:00(AM) to 7:00(AM) is the body's automatic adjustment time.

6:00

The "biological" alarm clock is turned on. We take care of the heart. All body systems are turned on, the level of sugar and amino acids rises, metabolism increases, blood pressure rises.

7:00

Strengthens the tone of the gastrointestinal tract. Breakfast should be full of nutrients, i.e. include carbohydrates, proteins, fats. Arousing a person to contemplation. If you are hungry, emotions are negative. During this period of time, the body begins to fight diseases, if any. That is why it is useful to have a good breakfast and get positive emotions.

From 7:00 (am) to 11:00 (am), the body itself fights against diseases.

From 7:00 (am) to 9:00 (am) is the peak of the maximum activity of your stomach.

8:00

Focus on the heart. This is the time when most heart attacks occur. The heart beats faster, the blood becomes thicker, as red blood cells “stick together” the most. There is a risk of blood clots. Start your morning with living water. Recharge our cells. And yet, this hour accounts for the daily limit of sensitivity to pain - not the best time for dental treatment.

9:00

The maximum release of Cortisone begins - the hormone responsible for our LEVEL OF METABOLISM, ACTIVITY, TONE. In the blood, the daily minimum supply of lymphocytes. Immunity is vulnerable - the protective reaction of the body is reduced. At this time, there is a high probability of catching the virus in transport or crowded places.

In addition, ultrasound and X-ray indicators are the most accurate.

From 9:00 to 11:00 Maximum efficiency of the Spleen-pancreas. If you get sick, beware of chemical preparations, since from 7:00 (am) to 11:00 (am) the body itself fights against diseases.

10:00

The best moment for brain activity. The mood is on edge. At this hour it is good to hold meetings, plan, take exams.

11:00

The body is working to the limit. Able to perform any, if health allows. The “department” of the memory of the brain, the mathematical hemisphere, works especially well.

From 11:00 (am) to 13:00 (afternoon) and from 13:00 (day) to 15:00 (day) is the time of the most intense loads for the body.

12:00

Morning energy is running out. Providing the brain with glucose is reduced. Eat something sweet and drink water. Poor functioning of the vegetative-vascular system - contributes to stress.

From 11:00 (am) to 13:00 (afternoon) the heart system is on the verge. Peak circulation.

13:00

Time for rest and lunch. Sleepiness comes. During the day, the cycle of drowsiness occurs every 4 hours. There is an age dependency here. That is why older people want to relax at this time. For working people, efficiency is reduced by 20% at this hour.

From 13:00 (day) to 15:00 (day) the limit of activation of the work of the small intestine, the time of physically intense forces and great emotions.

14:00

At this hour, we are minimally sensitive to pain. You can go get your teeth cleaned.

Decreased activity of all body systems. It is necessary to do quiet work that does not involve the brain above 30%. The body is sensitive to stress. So, do not scandal because otherwise this mood will remain for the whole day.

15:00

Daily boost. The autonomic nervous system is sensitive. Crises are possible. The right time to chat with friends.

16:00

The right time for prophylactic injections (vaccinations).

From 15:00 (day) to 17:00 (evening) - "The Sun of Life". Limit work of the bladder system. The next wave of self-regulation of the body. There are approximately 75 "collecting" acupuncture points in the human body.

17:00

Secondary peak of activity, more hypogene. The heart beats faster. The most resistant moment to stress in the day. Everything forgotten is remembered. A glass of wine wouldn't hurt. The body begins to fight alcohol 5 times easier than at night or in the morning.

18:00

We put the body and mind in order. Body temperature is very high (for a healthy person). Approximately 37 degrees (higher than 3:00 AM). If you are not sick, it goes down. If yes, it goes up. The pulse is less than 5-10 beats. Decreased performance of the nervous system. At this time, your body is highly sensitive to the effects of drugs. Carefully follow healthy dosages. An extra aspirin tablet can irritate the stomach.

19:00

The body does not resist negativity at all, as at noon. The number of heartbeats increases by 25%. Just the best time for dinner.

20:00

You can again do high loads, swing, create. The limit of driving ability.

21:00

The stomach slowly reduces the activity of the production of digestive juice, and stops altogether at midnight. Therefore, such food as meat only brings harm, as the food simply lies and rots in the stomach.

From 19:00 (pm) to 21:00 (pm) - the next wave of self-regulation, the pericardial system is extremely active. It's like working on a second shift (and from 21:00 (evening) to 23:00 (night)).

22:00

Increases the production of the feel-good hormone serotonin. The best time for relationships with the opposite sex, calling a friend, reading ...

23:00

At this time, it is best to take the position of the body - lying down. Preferably "owls" There is another way to identify people by biorhythms of the day: "lark" and "owl". This is a bad time for discos.

0:00

The body is self-healing. It doesn't "turn off". Subcutaneous cells divide faster, wounds heal, and the immune system effectively attacks the infection.

From 23:00 (night) to 1:00 (night) period of aggression, anger, determination, control of sexual activity. Musculoskeletal system. Nature was not mistaken - it is better for a person to rest at this time.

1:00

For "owls" the limit of activity. For "larks" the phase of deep sleep.

From 1:00 (night) to 3:00 (morning) The liver meridian is turned on. The liver energetically repairs any problems in the body. This is also a time of anger, and if a person is very tired, besides, the liver is unhealthy, then this is the time for the risk of the heart. At this time, it is best to be in a dream.

2:00

At this time, the body is especially sensitive to cold.

biological rhythms

School of Yuri Okunev

Hi all! With you Yuri Okunev.

Do you know that you can save a third of your life if you adjust to a person's biorhythms by the clock? Often, overload with work and personal concerns leads to lack of time, stress and even depression. However, the reason for this development of events is not the number of cases, but their planning.

By observing yourself, you may notice that you manage to do more or less depending on the time of day. Therefore, there are patterns that determine your productivity throughout the day. Let's understand them.

For more than two hundred years, scientists have been studying human biorhythms. There are still more questions than answers. The most studied is the daily rhythm of activity. It is known how the metabolism of cells, the functioning of internal organs, and the activity of the brain change.

Knowing the mode of operation of internal systems, you can plan schedules for nutrition, physical and mental stress, and rest. Therefore, let's look at the biorhythms of human organs by the clock.
You can see the average schedule for the activation of internal systems in the figure:

Based on the diagram, there are 12 periods of daily peak energy. Given these peaks, you can optimize the distribution of various cases and tasks.

Sleep well.

  • From 23.00 to 1.00 time to sleep. There is a production of the hormone of pleasure - serotonin, thanks to which you wake up in a good mood, which is called "get up on the wrong foot." Immunity and body defenses work to ensure good health. Have you noticed that the body is treated in a dream?
  • From 1.00 to 3.00 peak activity of the liver. This is the main worker in cleansing the blood of toxins, toxins and other debris.
  • From 3.00 to 5.00 peak lung activity. The best time for spiritual practice and pranayama. By 5 am, the pulse quickens, the production of the hormones cortisol and adrenaline increases. Then the work of the large intestine is activated, so that the processes of cleaning and recovery that took place all night successfully ended with the removal of “production waste”.

Time to wake up.

The value of getting up early, and how to accustom yourself to it, I described in detail in my book "How to develop the habit of getting up early in the morning." You already got it for free if you signed up for blog updates.

By the way, in it I give a look at daily rhythms from the point of view of Ayurveda, which is somewhat different from that described in this article. But one way or another, an extra hour or two in the morning will become your serious competitive advantage in the game called "Life".

  • From 7.00 to 9.00 breakfast time, as the stomach is activated and ready for efficient work. Most of what you eat at this time will be digested without fat deposits. During this period, it is especially good to plan the day, identify important and urgent tasks, and scheduling.
  • From 9.00 to 11.00 the spleen and pancreas come into combat readiness. You are currently in the best shape and peak performance for the whole day, so take on all the important tasks, make the most important calls and meetings, negotiate with your superiors. In general, plunge into work and intellectual work.
  • From 11.00 to 13.00 blood pressure rises, the activity of the heart increases. Try to avoid stress and physical overload. If labor is associated with physical effort, then by noon reduce their intensity. Not the best time to go to the gym. Also, by 12 o'clock, the biorhythmic activity of the brain decreases. Start preparing for your lunch break, devote time to completing small, urgent tasks.

A day is a small life

  • From 13.00 to 15.00 the small intestine is actively working, which means that you need to have lunch before 14.00. From 14.00 the body is busy with active digestion. Therefore, plan less responsible work for this period.
  • In the interval from 15.00 to 17.00. The excretory system is activated, as well as the possibilities of long-term memory. You can again take up intellectual tasks. After 16.00 there is an increase in working capacity. As work begins to fray, return to deep immersion in job responsibilities, or active household chores.
  • From 17.00 to 19.00 the kidneys work hard, so you can consume large amounts of water without harming yourself. Great time for sports, visiting the gym, doing physical work around the house, visiting the pool, sauna. Choose any load, taking into account age characteristics.
  • Until 19.00 replenish your energy reserves with a light dinner. Since digestive enzymes are practically not produced, and the gallbladder and liver are in the passive phase, therefore, the last meal should be light and non-greasy.

Evening is a time for rest and communication.

  • From 19.00 to 21.00 body temperature rises, blood circulation works at its limit. If in the previous period you did not fill your stomach with a dense, fatty dinner, now you feel an increase in brain activity, an improvement in reactions. Are you ready for an exciting evening of leisure. Hiking, trips to the countryside, light physical activity are useful: sports games with children and friends, swimming, bowling, etc.
  • After 20.00 the best mental state, devote this time to communicating with loved ones and household members, discussing important family issues. As Vladimir Vysotsky wrote: "The morning is wiser than the evening, but there is something in the evening."
  • From 21.00 to 23.00 body temperature drops. The body starts preparing for sleep. The amount of energy decreases, the reactivity of the brain, but the mobility of the joints is preserved. You can re-practice yoga, stretching, or other relaxing and calming activities.

Get ready for sleep. If something is bothering you, think about solutions, make a rough plan for tomorrow, meditate or listen to soothing music. Clear your mind so that nothing prevents you from falling asleep.

To apply knowledge of the rhythms of the day in practice, observe yourself for a week or two. Identify your own performance peaks and valleys and plan your day around the results. So you will not only increase your efficiency, but also improve your health.

The daily rotation of our planet around its axis and its movement along the circumsolar orbit makes all life on Earth obey certain laws, which are called biorhythms. You and I have long been accustomed to the fact that day gives way to night, that flowers bloom at dawn, and dew appears on the grass, that some animals hibernate for the winter, and birds fly south.

People have known about biological rhythms since ancient times. Even in the Old Testament, the norms of a proper lifestyle and nutrition were established, and it also speaks of alternating periods of activity and rest. Scientists of the ancient world wrote about this: Hippocrates, Avicenna, and others.

Every person on Earth also lives in accordance with biorhythms or biological clocks. And this process is not at all limited to the fact that with the onset of the dark time of the day, we begin to feel sleepy. Scientists know about 400 biorhythms, which can be conditionally divided into daily and monthly, seasonal and annual. Depending on them, the functional activity of our body alternates, allowing it to restore its physiological reserves. Moreover, the most important in this process are precisely the daily biorhythms, which are determined by the rotation of our planet around its axis.

It only at first glance seems that we control our body by the power of thought. In fact, the daily biological clock, or, as they are also called, circadian rhythms, rules the ball here. They control all biochemical processes in our body, ranging from body temperature and sensitivity to the external environment, and ending with exercise tolerance. And there are more than 500 such processes in the daily biorhythm alone!

How does it work, you ask? At first glance, everything is extremely simple: during the day, when a person is awake, metabolic processes predominate in the body, i.e. it converts stored nutrients into energy. At night, when a person sleeps, regeneration processes are launched, i.e. restoration of internal organs, and at the same time there is an accumulation of energy reserves for the next day.

Previously, it was believed that all life processes are affected by the environment - light, temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, and even the energy of space. However, later it turned out that our biological clock works autonomously, and its control center is located in our brain, or rather in the hypothalamus. Its suprachiasmatic nucleus receives the necessary light information through the retina, analyzes it and, in accordance with this, gives a signal to activate or slow down the production of certain hormones. And any deviations of daily biorhythms from the norm lead to the so-called "circadian stress", which accelerate the aging process of the body and provoke the development of diseases.

The importance of sleep for the human body

A person spends a third of his life in a dream and this is a vital pattern and necessity. It’s just that during the period of wakefulness a person loses a lot of energy and he needs time to recover and carry out “repair and preventive maintenance”. It is for this reason that people who systematically lack sleep are exposed to gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, endocrine, psychological and even oncological diseases. Moreover, such a seemingly minor thing as insomnia can lead to early aging and shorten life by 5 years or more!

Why is this happening? It is no secret that with the onset of the dark time of the day, the body begins to actively produce the hormone melatonin, which scientists call the “sleep hormone”. Under the influence of this important hormone, blood pressure and body temperature decrease, which slows down all metabolic processes. However, some organs do not rest even at night. First of all, this applies to the liver, which during the night actively cleanses the blood of toxins and toxins.

"Wakes up" with the onset of night and another hormone - somatotropin. Under its influence, useful substances begin to be synthesized from the food that has entered the body, and in addition, the process of cell reproduction and restoration of intercellular connections is started.

But back to melatonin. This hormone has another invaluable quality, namely, the most powerful antioxidant activity. If you think that we get the bulk of the antioxidants needed to fight free radicals with food, in particular, with vitamins C and E, then you are mistaken. The main share of antioxidants falls on the work of melatonin. But these unstable particles of our body contribute to early aging, the occurrence of infections and the development of cancerous tumors.

But this is not all the functions of the hormone in question. Melatonin regulates the synthesis of sex hormones, primarily "female" estrogens and "male" androgens. And in this regard, lack of sleep, which means a lack of melatonin, leads to hormonal failure. And this is fraught with a violation of the ovulation process, cell hyperplasia in the reproductive organs and mammary glands and, as a result, the development of cancer. And that is not all. Melatonin deficiency increases the body's sensitivity to insulin and reduces glucose tolerance, which means it becomes the root cause of diabetes. Now you understand why it is so harmful to work at night, and how important a full 8-hour night's sleep is for the body?

Morning should be good

With the advent of a new light day, the vital activity of our body is activated. Initially, at about 4 am, the adrenal cortex “wakes up”, starting to produce hormones that excite the nervous system. The most active among them is the well-known hormone cortisol, which raises blood pressure, increases glucose levels, tones blood vessels and returns the heart rhythm to normal. All this is necessary so that after waking up the body is ready for active work.

After about 5 am, the large intestine “starts up” and preparations begin to remove metabolic products from the body. After 2 hours, it is time for the "awakening" of the stomach, after which the body begins to require food to extract the much-needed energy.

You can list the modes of operation of each organ for a long time, but the fact remains: all of them, and the heart, and kidneys, and lungs, and the brain, have a period of activity and time to recover. Moreover, they must work in strict accordance with the rhythm, otherwise our health will invariably begin to deteriorate. So, for example, if we sleep only 4 hours a day, and our stomach works for 20 hours, while it should rest, the acidity of gastric juice increases by 30%! And you still ask, where does gastritis and peptic ulcer come from? Similarly, the heart suffers from lack of rest. The myocardium in this case undergoes hypertrophy, which leads to the appearance of heart failure.

In this regard, even a decrease in the length of daylight hours in the autumn-winter period causes significant harm to health. The synthesis of thyroid and adrenal hormones is disrupted, metabolic processes are inhibited, immunity is reduced and the body's susceptibility to infections and the development of autoimmune diseases increases. And there is another interesting feature: melatonin suppresses the production of leptin, a hormone that is responsible for our energy activity and prevents the accumulation of fat. It is for this reason that in winter, when we sleep more and move little, we gain extra pounds.

From all of the above, one simple but very important conclusion can be drawn: the daily fluctuations of various functions in our body are a single ensemble that plays the melody of our health. If you upset the work of this ensemble with a simple shift in sleep time, or get into a bad habit of eating at night, you can get a lot of health problems.

By the way, problems with the body can be felt when natural biorhythms are forced to fail, for example, during long flights. If a person making a flight changes 2-3 time zones, he gets insomnia at night, and during the day he feels drowsiness, headache, increased fatigue and irritability. Equally dangerous to the body and work in night shifts. Interruptions, in which a person who works “in three days”, spends three nights in his own bed, then stays awake for a day, and then sleeps during the day, only hasten the inevitable onset of negative consequences.

Health needs to be restored by the hour

There is another feature of the biorhythms of our body, which everyone should know about. It turns out that during the day the body changes susceptibility to certain drugs. That is, the same medication taken at different times of the day will work in completely different ways, depending on the production of the substances necessary for its delivery, as well as on the activity of the receptors of the organs to which it is intended. And in this regard, doctors recommend taking medications at the time of day when the body is most susceptible to them.

So, the best period for taking medications is the peak of activity of the organ to which this remedy is intended. True, here it is necessary to make an adjustment for bioavailability. The fact is that tablets and capsules need time to dissolve in the body, while the suspension enters the bloodstream much faster.

Below is a list of the activity of the main organs of our body, which will help you better navigate the issue of taking certain medications.

Periods of daily activity of organs and systems

  • 23:00-01:00 - the gallbladder begins to work.
  • 01:00-02:00 - cells begin to actively divide (the ideal time to apply a nourishing night cream).
  • 01:00-03:00 - the liver is activated.
  • 03:00-05:00 - the work of the lungs starts.
04:00-11:00 - the peak of the activity of the adrenal glands begins.
  • 05:00–07:00 – the work of the large intestine reaches its maximum activity.
  • 06:00-08:00 - blood pressure rises by about 30 points, which means that the risk of a hypertensive crisis, heart attack and stroke increases.
  • 07:00 - the susceptibility of orgasm to antihistamines and aspirin increases (the drugs taken are more effective and remain in the blood longer).
  • 07:00-09:00 - the work of the stomach reaches its highest activity, and therefore breakfast must be present in your diet.
  • 07:00-12:00 - the "thyroid gland" is activated as much as possible.
  • 09:00-11:00 - the spleen is activated.
  • 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00 - the peak of brain activity begins.
  • 11:00-13:00 - the period of the highest activity of the heart begins.
  • 13:00-15:00 - the small intestine is activated.
  • 15:00-17:00 - Bladder activity increases.
  • 15:00 - the time of maximum susceptibility to anesthetics (optimal time for dental treatment and surgical operations).
  • 17:00 - increased muscle activity, aggravated taste, smell and hearing.
  • 17:00-19:00 - the period of the highest activity of the kidneys.
  • 19:00 - the body begins to actively release histamine in response to allergens, i.e., an exacerbation of allergic reactions occurs.
  • 19:00-21:00 - the reproductive system works best, which means that the ideal time is coming for conceiving a child.
  • 19:00–21:00 - the activity of the heart membrane (pericardium) increases.
  • 20:00 - there is an exacerbation of any inflammatory processes.
  • 21:00–23:00 – The immune system reaches its highest activity.

The science of human biorhythms

In 2017, in the field of physiology and medicine, the Nobel Committee awarded the prize to three US scientists D. Hall, M. Rosblash and M. Young. Scientists received this prestigious award for discovering the gene mechanism responsible for circadian rhythms. The discovery made by scientists helps explain the mechanisms that regulate biorhythms and how all living things (humans, animals and plants) synchronize their life cycles with the rotation of the Earth. A gene has been discovered that controls circadian biorhythms by encoding a protein that accumulates inside the cell at night. During the day, its level decreases. Scientists have managed to uncover the mechanism that controls the "clock" inside the cells.

Knowing about the biorhythms in accordance with which a person lives, each of us can choose: to work hard, emotionally “burn out” and get an illusory pleasure from relaxing in nightclubs, or live in a natural biological rhythm and harmony with nature, feeling healthy and happy person. The choice is yours!

The work of the internal organs of a person by the hour

Our ancestors knew that all people, animals and plants have the ability to sense time or, as they say now, felt their biological clock and lived in accordance with their biological rhythm. The change of seasons of the year, lunar cycles, day and night are directly related to these hours.
In the daytime, our body is dominated by metabolic processes aimed at extracting energy from the accumulated nutrients. At night, the energy reserve spent during the day is replenished, regeneration processes are activated, tissues are restored and internal organs are “repaired”.

WHY IS IT BETTER TO START YOUR DAY AT 6 AM?

or How to restore the biological clock of the DAY?

Heart, liver, lungs, kidneys - all organs live and work by the clock, each has its own peak of activity and recovery period. And if, for example, the stomach is forced to work at 21:00, when the “day regimen” is provided for rest, the acidity of gastric juice rises by a third above the norm, which leads to the development of gastrointestinal pathologies and exacerbation of peptic ulcers. Night load is also contraindicated for the heart: a failure in the daily activity of heart muscle cells is fraught with hypertrophy with the subsequent development of heart failure.

Schedule of the body by the hour from 4:00 to 22:00

04:00 - The adrenal cortex “wakes up” first: from 4 in the morning it begins to produce hormones that excite the nervous system. The most active, cortisol, increases the level of glucose in the blood, as well as blood pressure, which leads to vascular tone, increases the rhythm of the heartbeat - this is how the body prepares for the upcoming daily stress. There is an aggravation of hearing: the slightest noise - and we wake up. At this hour, peptic ulcer disease often reminds of itself, attacks occur in patients with asthma. The pressure during this period is low, the brain is poorly supplied with blood - this hour is also called fatal, sick people often die from 4 to 5 in the morning.
There is a division and the most active renewal of the largest number of cells. Cell growth hormones are actively produced. The skin is actively renewed.

In terms of energy: from 3 to 5 o'clock
the lung meridian begins to work actively. During the hours of its activity, energy and blood move from a state of calm to movement, begin to spread throughout the body. At this time, all organs of the human body must rest. Only in this way can the lungs rationally distribute energy and blood.

05:00 - We have already changed several phases of sleep: the phase of light sleep, dreaming and the phase of deep dreamless sleep. Rising at this time quickly comes to a cheerful state. The large intestine begins to work - the time comes for liberation from toxins and waste. The body begins to activate, pressure rises, the level of hormones in the blood rises, and defenses become activated.
06:00 - The pressure and temperature begin to rise, the pulse quickens. We are waking up. An increase in blood pressure (by 20-30 points), the risk of hypertensive crises, strokes, heart attacks. Increases the level of adrenaline in the blood. This is the best time to take a shower.

In terms of energy: from 5 am to 7 am
the work of the meridian of the large intestine is activated, which is responsible for the final removal of feces from the body with toxins and slags.
After waking up, it is advisable to immediately drink a glass of warm water, drunk on an empty stomach, it helps to moisturize the intestinal tract, stimulates defecation and elimination of toxins. This is especially true for those who suffer from frequent constipation.

07:00 - The stomach is activated: the body requires replenishment of nutrient reserves in order to extract energy from them. Carbohydrates that enter the body are actively decomposed, during this period there is no active fat deposition. The immune defense of the body increases. The chance of infection through contact with viruses is minimal. Increased blood viscosity, increased level of adrenaline in the blood. For cores and hypertensive patients, this is the most dangerous time of day. Physical activity is not recommended. The body's susceptibility to aspirin and antihistamines increases: taken at this time, they remain in the blood longer and act more efficiently.
08:00 - The liver completely freed our body from toxic substances. At this hour, you can not take alcohol - the liver will experience increased stress. Sexual activity is activated. The person is sexually aroused.
09:00 - Mental activity increases, sensitivity to pain decreases. The heart works more energetically. It is not recommended to conduct sports training at this time. The level of cortisol in the blood is very high.

Seasonal rhythms of human organs

In terms of energy:from 7 to 9 am
The meridian of the stomach is actively working. This time is considered ideal for breakfast, the work of the spleen and stomach is activated, so that food is digested very easily. And if you do not have breakfast at this time, then during the hours of the greatest activity of the meridian of the stomach, the empty stomach will have “nothing to do”. With the highest activity of the meridian of the stomach, the level of acids in the gastric juice rises, and an excess of acid harms the stomach and threatens with the occurrence of gastric diseases and a violation of the acid-base balance in the body.

10:00 Our activity is on the rise. We are in the best shape. Such enthusiasm will continue until lunchtime. Do not spray your efficiency, then it will not manifest itself in this form.
11:00 - The heart continues to work rhythmically in harmony with mental activity. The person is not tired. There is an active growth of nails and hair. Increased sensitivity to allergens.

In terms of energy: from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

or How to restore the biological clock of sleep?

How to restore the biological clock of sleep

Nature has determined that thirty percent of our lives we sleep: the body needs rest and regeneration. But we often save on sleep, paying for it with psycho-emotional disorders, endocrine disruptions, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and heart, and sometimes oncology. And if innocent insomnia has looked into your light, this is not only the consequences of a failure of clock rhythms, but also an occasion to think about the REASONS for a whole list of pathologies that inevitably lead us to illness and old age.

At night, the pineal gland (the pineal gland in the groove of the midbrain) produces melatonin - the peak of activity occurs at about 2 a.m., and by 9 a.m. its content in the blood drops to a minimum. It is produced by the pineal gland only at night because the active enzymes involved in its production are suppressed by DAYLIGHT. Thanks to melatonin, there is a comfortable decrease in temperature and blood pressure, slowing down their activity and physiological processes. At night, only the liver is actively working - it cleanses the blood of the pathogenic flora of toxins and toxins. Another important hormone, somatotropin (growth hormone), actively begins to work, stimulating cell reproduction, regeneration, rejuvenation and anabolic processes (the release of substances useful for the body from food).
