The fine has the same size for parking spaces and for any other areas marked with the indicated signs. It does not depend on the time of arrival and the location of the car at a place intended for the disabled.

Evacuation

A car illegally parked under a preferential sign can be evacuated and taken to a car impound and, at the same time, monetary sanctions may be imposed. Often this is practiced in federal cities, especially in Moscow. The car can be taken away if there is a violation of "Violations of the parking rules and the creation of obstacles" and "Parking in places for the disabled."

Cars can be taken away not only for stopping (parking) at special places, but also for creating obstacles. If the driver manages to make payment within 20 days from the date of the decision, then the amount of the fine is reduced by 50%.
