4. Osteochondrosis - a similar disease is caused in a sedentary manner life, as well as poor posture.
5. Cardiovascular diseases. Prevention

Occupational diseases of drivers can be prevented if timely thinking about the existing threat. What needs to be done for this? Take care of your body first, and then your spirit. If in the first case you manage to cope with this, then with the second it will turn out much faster (after all physical exercise positively affect not only the body, but also the soul). So, whenever possible, try to the following actions(stimulating increased blood circulation):
