The recipe is very simple, and the salad turns out tender and tasty.
The amount received makes 2 servings.
An excellent option for dinner and even lunch (I ate 1 serving for dinner, and took the second one to work in a container with me - very tasty and satisfying).

Yogurt without fillers - in this salad as the basis of the sauce for it, mayonnaise lovers can use mayonnaise in this salad, in the original version it was so, but I adapted this salad to my taste, replacing mayonnaise with a sauce with a yogurt base.

Let's start cooking:
Beat eggs with a fork

Grease the frying pan with oil and carefully pour in the eggs, spreading them evenly over the surface of the pan.

Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown

Pour boiling water over funcheza for 5-7 minutes

Then rinse under cold water and drain in a colander. Let all the moisture drain, set it aside and let it wait in the wings.

Crab sticks (this time I have crab meat, it doesn’t affect the taste, I just haven’t found a chilled version of sticks anywhere, and I don’t like frozen defrosting in salads) cut into cubes.

While we were busy with crab sticks and funcheza, our egg pancake was already prepared. carefully place it on the surface of the board and roll it into a roll - let it cool

While the roll is cooling, prepare a dressing based on yogurt and spices with herbs. For those who like mayonnaise in salad, you can skip this step and simply season the salad with mayonnaise.

1. Prepare crab salad according to a well-known recipe: crab sticks, cucumber, finely chop a hard-boiled egg. We set aside the whites of two eggs and the pink part of one stick for decoration. We crush the instant noodles - for us it’s a pack of Mivina - without taking them out of the pack (just don’t forget to cut off a corner or slightly open the package so that it doesn’t burst under pressure), pour the noodles into a salad bowl. Add canned corn along with the marinade, it will soak the dry noodles. Save one egg for decoration.


2. Add mayonnaise, mix the salad and leave it for 10 minutes so that the noodles are soaked and softened.


3. Place the salad on a beautiful serving dish, giving it the shape of a rectangle, this will be the first page of the tear-off calendar, lightly compact it, smooth the edges using knives with wide blades. When the salad is formed, cover it with mayonnaise mesh.


4. Cover the salad with finely chopped egg whites. On one of the narrow sides we place the yolk at a distance of about 2–2.5 centimeters. This is the metal edge of a tear-off calendar.


5. Cut the crab stick (red part) into thin strips and place January 1st on a piece of calendar. We decorate the salad with a spruce paw from a sprig of dill.

To prepare the salad you will also need a fresh cucumber. Wash it. Cut off the ends on both sides. Cut into cubes.

If you want something spicy, then make an instant noodle salad with carrots and garlic. It will take you only 15 minutes to prepare it. Instead of processed cheese in this salad, you can use smoked sausage cheese or hard cheese. To make it easy to grate, place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
