Until the age of fifty, I probably, like most people, did not pay attention to my health and did not attach much importance to physical exercises. And suddenly, like a bolt from the blue. When I woke up in the morning, I couldn't get out of bed.

After a slight cooling, I was shackled by sciatica. I spent two months in the hospital. Cardiogram showed angina pectoris, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and other heart defects. Hypertension began to progress rapidly.

An ultrasound revealed an adenoma of the prostate. He was discharged from the hospital and thought about how to live on. I had a desire to understand the complex structure of the human body. Having studied a lot of medical literature, I have developed my own method of healing the body, which I constantly update with new knowledge and my own experience. I am 86 years old and have a bunch of diseases that I not only do not allow to progress, but also weaken their harmful effects. Radiculitis cured completely, mainly by therapeutic exercises.

Waking up in the morning at 7 o'clock, I measure my blood pressure with an automatic sphygmomanometer, and write down the readings in a diary. Decide what dose of pill to take. I do not allow the pressure to rise above 130/80, since even with a slight increase in pressure, the heart suffers from overload. It wears out faster. And the normal functioning of all organs depends on the work of the heart. And with very high blood pressure, not only the heart suffers, but also the blood vessels.

For more than two years I have not taken any pills for the treatment of hypertension. Through my many experiences, I have developed a way to relieve pressure by stretching the spine. In addition, I reduce the pressure with melt water; after rotating it in a circle clockwise for 5-7 minutes. I suppose that the stretching of the spine has a positive effect on all organs, since the compression of the nerve fibers passing between the vertebrae from the brain to all organs is reduced. After stretching the spine, I clean the blood and lymph.

To do this, I take a spoonful of unrefined sunflower oil into my mouth and shake it under my tongue for 21 minutes, and then spit it out and rinse my mouth well. Under the tongue are large blood and lymphatic vessels. The oil absorbs (absorbs) slags, toxins, salts, mucus and all harmful substances from the blood and lymph that harm our health and shorten life.

I borrowed this cleaning method from Tibetan traditional medicine, slightly changing it. For bowel cleansing, I drink a mug (350 ml) of flint water with the addition of a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a foot spoon of honey. I drink water in small sips, holding it in my mouth. At the same time, the blood is thinned, and the heart and brain receive good nutrition (honey, vitamins and trace elements).

After sleep, you need to activate the work of the so-called "peripheral hearts" (skeletal muscles), which drive venous blood to the heart and suck arterial blood from the heart, thereby facilitating the work of the heart muscle. To do this, I perform such physical exercises in order to improve blood circulation in all organs and, first of all, provide the brain with enough oxygen. I do all the exercises 49 times. In Tibetan folk medicine, the number 7 is considered magical: 7×7=49.

Physical exercises performed lying on your back.

1. For hands. I bend my fingers, squeeze them into a fist, wave my brushes, turn them around. Leaning on my elbows, I describe with my hands as large circles as possible in one direction and the other. Then I wave my hands towards myself - from myself.

2. For legs. I move my fingers, move my feet towards me - away from me, rotate them in one direction and then in the other direction. And finally, I turn my feet to the left and right.

3. To activate capillary blood circulation, I raise my legs and arms vertically upwards and vibrate them for two minutes. And then I stretch my legs forward, and I wind up my hands, behind the back of my head, fingers crossed. I vibrate my whole body for two minutes too.

4. I massage the abdomen in circular motions clockwise (in the direction of food movement) with palms overlaid on each other. This eliminates the prolapse of the stomach and kidneys, improves digestion and the work of the stomach, intestines, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, as stagnation in them is eliminated. 5. I take a breath with my stomach, sticking it out as much as possible. Without holding my breath, I repeat short breaths through my mouth through tightly compressed lips in a count of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7. In this exercise, the internal organs are massaged.

Sitting exercises

1. I massage the soles of the feet and the back of the neck with a roller massager. In these zones there are biologically active points of all organs, so their work is activated.

2. I firmly press the palms of my hands to my ears and, without tearing them off, moderately tap my fingers on the back of the head. So I cured the headache that haunted me from a young age. Then I massage my ears, moving my palms up and down, which increases the blood circulation of the brain.

I rise on my toes, 1 cm off the floor and, clenching my teeth, sharply fall to the floor. At the same time, stagnation of blood in the coronary valves and the formation of blood clots are eliminated, and the development of a heart attack is prevented. This concludes the morning workout.

Food

The main rule of my diet is to eat only when I'm hungry and eat as little as possible. I eat slowly and thoroughly chew food, moderately warm. I do not drink tea after eating, as the digestive juices will thin out and the food will be poorly digested. I try to diversify my food. I pay special attention to products containing potassium and magnesium, which are so necessary for the heart and brain. These are oatmeal and buckwheat porridge, potatoes. In the morning vegetable salads with sour cream or sunflower oil. I add a boiled egg to the salad and occasionally wheat germ, which have valuable medicinal properties. In the morning I drink a spoonful of olive oil, and in the evening, too, a spoonful of flaxseed. There will never be constipation from linseed oil. These oils must be unrefined, as refined oils do not have healing properties.

Every day I do other ways of healing

4. In the evening I take a bath with warm magnetic water for 20 minutes. Cleansing steps on the path to health

Step one: bowel lavage.

It is desirable to start cleansing in the spring, when the movement of nutrient juice in the plants begins.
A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice is poured into two liters of boiled chilled water (or dry citric acid is dissolved - about a teaspoon. (You can add table salt - 2 tablespoons per liter, removing the sediment so that there is no absorption of water from the intestinal walls, on the contrary, the reverse process was going on, cleansing the pores of the intestine.) And it is better to replace the water with 3-5-day urine (urine) in the amount of 1.5 liters, which has an acidic reaction. Then you do not need to add anything to it, except for salt (1.5 tablespoons per liter) and the procedure is milder. The temperature of the water (urine) is about 30 degrees. The procedure is carried out using an Esmarch mug (a heating pad with a hose and a clamp or a tap). Position - on the elbows and knees. Inhale through the mouth, the stomach is relaxed. After after the water flows into the large intestine, turn on the right side, shake the lower abdomen, stand up and jump or shake the stomach.

In the first week - every day, in the second - every other day, in the third - in two days, in the fourth - in three, all further time - once a week.

This procedure eliminates the penetration into the blood and into the body of harmful substances contained in stagnant feces (many years of scale on the walls of the intestine), actually stops the development of all diseases. It starts the healing process of the body.

Step two: rational combination of products.

Separate consumption of proteins and carbohydrates, sugars and starches, tk. when digested, they need different environments and, when used together, they are simply not absorbed, but slagged in the body, and the rejection of dairy products containing casein, which is not digested by the body of an adult, but settles on the walls of blood vessels (sclerosis).

Proteins include: meat, fish, eggs, broths, seeds, nuts, beans, legumes, mushrooms, eggplants. Carbohydrates include: sugar - granulated sugar, sweets, honey and starches: bread, flour products, potatoes, cereals. It is better not to eat meat at all, replacing it with vegetable proteins, or increase the amount of fresh plant foods (greens). At the same time, protein deficiency is not observed, since the body switches to nutrition with its own tissues, primarily painfully altered ones, being cleansed of them as during starvation. Then it begins to get proteins from bacteria rich in them, which process plant foods in the digestive tract. Similar to the digestion of a cow that eats grass (fiber) but produces protein (milk). Of the sugars, there are only honey and sweet fruits or vegetables. It is better not to use white bread and rich products, as well as semolina porridge at all, because. they clog the liver.

Drink only structured water (distilled or snow, as well as contained in fruits or vegetables). If consumed
less salty, then you won’t feel like drinking at all (water enters the body when digesting food and from fresh plant foods, which are 90 percent water). It is better to drink before meals, and after meals not earlier than 1-2 hours, so as not to dilute the gastric juice.

The method of rational nutrition prevents the penetration of undigested products into the intestines, significantly saves strength and
energy, which is now spent not on trying to digest incompatible foods, but on eliminating foci of disease.

Step three: fight with bacteriosis.

Step four: cleaning the joints.

To speed up the cleansing of joint deposits, you need to take 5 grams of bay leaf, and boil in 300 milliliters of water for 5 minutes. Then pour everything into a thermos and leave for 3-4 hours. Step Five: Liver cleanse. (most significant)

For the procedure, you need 300 grams of lemon juice (you can dissolve citric acid in water, bringing the solution closer in acidity to lemon juice), 300 grams of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil). All this before taking warm up to body temperature. In the morning, you wash your intestines and eat only fresh apple juice all day long (you can use sauerkraut or sour vegetable products, or even better - only your urine, eating it with honey and drinking it with sour juice). If you can, repeat for 2 more days. No, that's fine too. If you take hot baths all day to soften the tissues, it will be absolutely fine. The washing process starts at 16-17 hours of the last day.

Prepare a glass in advance by marking it on the outside with wax, soap or lipstick: pour three tablespoons of water - mark the level, then add three more tablespoons of water and mark its level again. Drain the water - the dishes are marked. Prepare a heating pad with boiling water by wrapping it in a towel so that it does not burn (you can use an electric heating pad).

At 16-17 hours, start the procedure: lie on your right side so that the heating pad is under the liver: at the hypochondrium on the right side. Ask someone (otherwise you will have to get up all the time yourself) to pour three tablespoons of lemon juice into a glass (up to the first mark). Then carefully add three tablespoons of vegetable oil (up to the upper mark). Drink this cocktail and lay on the heating pad, reading a book or something. After 15 minutes, drink the next glass of the cocktail. After 15 minutes - another one, and so on, until the juice and oil run out. If you can't drink it all and you feel like throwing up, limit yourself to this amount for now: anything is better than nothing. But juice and
oil can't do you any harm. After drinking a cocktail, continue to lie down or fall asleep. Your task is completed.

The next morning (everyone is different), going to the toilet, you will find green bilirubin stones of various sizes (destroyed blood cells that have stuck together in your liver and clogged its ducts and gallbladder for many years) and cholesterol plugs that look like cut cylindrical bodies worms. Do not be afraid, for you have already got rid of it. Wash the intestines in the usual way and have breakfast, when the appetite appears, with juice, oatmeal or fruit. The procedure is over. Follow a vegetarian diet for a week.

A month later, repeat the procedure (only 4 times according to the number of lobes of the liver). In the future, it is enough to do 1-2 procedures in a row once a year, preferably in the spring.

Step six: cleansing the kidneys.

We offer several procedures.
The first is watermelon . In the middle of the watermelon season (in September, because early watermelons are grown on chemicals), eat only watermelons with black bread for a week. At the end of the week-long watermelon diet, take a warm bath late at night with a meal of watermelon. We hope that urinating directly in a bath of warm water will not shock you too much. After 2-3 weeks, washing the kidneys with watermelon juice can be repeated.

The second - with the help of fir oil . You need fir oil and a collection of herbs: 50 grams of St. John's wort, oregano, sage, lemon balm and knotweed. Grind the grass like a large tea. For a week, put yourself on a vegetarian diet and drink tea from these herbs with honey. And starting from the seventh day, drink an infusion of this collection with fir oil for another five days. The infusion is drunk three times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Each time, five drops of fir oil are added to 100-150 grams of infusion, after which the infusion is thoroughly mixed. (Drink through a straw to prevent your teeth from being destroyed by the oil.) After a few days for a month, heavy brown oily drops will fall out when you urinate, smelling of fir. They are easily smeared, often with a creak - from the sand in them.

So replenish the loss of moisture in the body by drinking a mixture of juices (100 grams every half hour). And so for three days in a row.

As a result, the blood is cleansed of many toxins. The procedure is carried out for the first year every quarter, and subsequently - once a year.

Step eight: cleaning the vessels.

To clean the blood vessels smeared with all sorts of deposits, when the flow of hormones and antibodies into the blood is disturbed, you need to make a special infusion.
Mix a glass of dill seed with two tablespoons of ground valerian root. Pour into a thermos, add two glasses of natural honey and pour boiling water over so that the total volume is equal to two liters. Infuse for a day, and then take a tablespoon half an hour before meals.

Self-massage improves the functional ability of the central nervous system, affects biologically active points, activates deep-lying sensory pathways. It is used to increase efficiency, restore strength, as well as to prevent colds.

Methodology

Self-massage techniques are specially taught to children in the classroom and in everyday life, always using game techniques: for example, plot motivation and recitative contribute to the development of rhythm and an increase in emotional mood in children of primary preschool age.

Self-massage techniques should become permanent means of activities in the rhythm of the day of a preschooler and be used in all activities daily.

According to VG Adamenko, the diameter of active points varies depending on the state of the person. During sleep and severe fatigue, the dots have a diameter of less than one millimeter; when a person wakes up, the diameter of the dots increases to one centimeter. These studies confirm the need for self-massage of the hands, feet, and head after daytime sleep.

On the hands, certain zones of influence are distinguished, through biologically active points on the internal organs:

  • middle finger - vascular system (allergy),
  • ring finger - endocrine glands (adrenal glands, pancreas, mammary gland, thyroid and gonads),
  • little finger - heart.

It is recommended to use a massage of a specific finger when children perform self-massage of their hands (a longer time is given to one of the fingers, a thorough massage is performed). It is necessary to allocate a specific time and day of the week for a deeper study of a particular system of internal organs, at the same time there should not be overorganization. We recommend to carry out this type of massage at any time in the daily routine of a preschooler, but a prerequisite is twice a day.

In the autumn-winter period, special attention should be paid to massaging the thumb; when coughing, the end phalanx of the middle finger is strongly massaged.

Head massage

Massage the back of the head in a circular motion, fingers tightly attached.

Rub your ears with your palms from bottom to top and top to bottom, then rub each millimeter of the ear with your fingers, rising from the lobe along the twist of the ear inward.

Massage the scalp, moving the scalp with spread fingers from the hairline to the middle line of the head, start from the back of the head, end with the forehead.

The health-improving hour is introduced into the system of physical culture and health-improving work of any age group and any type of preschool institution from 15:00 to 16:00 every day. Its content includes a gradual rise using awakening gymnastics.

(in the younger group - 15 minutes, in the middle - 20 minutes, in the older - 25 minutes, in the preparatory - 30 minutes), hardening, hygiene procedures, conversations about the health and well-being of children. Gymnastics is carried out from different starting positions: lying on your back on beds (the sequence of performing exercises from all i.p. the same) - first for the muscles of the neck, shoulder girdle, torso and legs. Further i.p. lying on the stomach; sitting on the beds, self-massage of the feet is performed (with hands); then the children descend to the floor on all fours and crawl into the group room on the carpet.

The essence of extensive washing is as follows: a child, stripped to the waist, at a fast pace, independently performs a series of sequential actions.

The child must:

  • open the tap with water, wet the right palm and hold it from the fingertips to the elbow of the left hand, say "one"; do the same with the left hand.
  • Wet both palms, put them on the back of the neck and hold them at the same time to the chin, say "one".

Garlic grows both in the middle lane and in the hot south. It was well known in antiquity. In Egypt, in the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun, six garlic heads were found among luxurious jewelry made of precious metals and stones. Garlic is mentioned in the Bible and the Koran as a vegetable with ritual significance. In addition to the hardening effect, massage and contrast salt hardening of the feet, prevention of flat feet and postural disorders are carried out. In general, this technique is included in the non-specific prevention of respiratory diseases and is aimed at increasing the body's resistance to adverse environmental influences. The procedure takes place after a daytime sleep: it starts at 15.00, lasts 12-13 minutes and has the character of running from a "cold" room to a "warm" one with obligatory musical accompaniment. This technique consists of the following procedures. In the sleeping room, windows are opened for such a period of time that by the end of daytime sleep the air temperature in the room reaches 13 - 16 degrees. At 15.00, children wake up with the sound of music, open the blankets and, lying in bed for 1-2 minutes, do physical exercises:
1 exercise - pulling up to the chest bent knees with a girth of their hands;
2 exercise - cross movement of arms and legs raised perpendicular to the body;
3 exercise - swaying bent knees to the right and left side with the opposite movement of the hands, etc.

At the command of the teacher - clap, a blow to the tambourine - the children get up, quickly take off their sleeping clothes and remain in their shorts with bare feet.
