Let’s skip all the details about the pictures, the initial examination, etc. Instead of oncology, I have a wisdom tooth that is growing incorrectly and because of this cannot erupt. Igor Vladimirovich Shafransky was appointed surgeon. Removal was difficult, involving an incision in the gum and sutures. They didn’t install drains on me, and they didn’t prescribe antibiotics. They charged 12 thousand rubles for tooth extraction. The next day (11.04) the swelling began to grow, I reassured myself that there was a surgical intervention and in any case there should be swelling. On April 12, the swelling spread to the neck, thyroid gland, eye, temple and unrealistically large cheek. The smell of pus appeared. The jaw stopped opening. It was very scary to look at me. Without wasting time, I went to I.V. Shafransky. At the appointment, I was told that everything was fine and there was nothing wrong, but I should start taking antibiotics. Continue rinsing Chlorhexidine. And I was sent home. I started taking antibiotics, a large amount of painkillers and a temperature of 37.6 on April 13. There are no improvements. The smell of pus intensified. 14.04 I went again to see Shafransky. He removed one stitch and told me to continue rinsing. It was also said that there was no longer any point in my visits to TsNIIS and I would have to appear on April 18 to have the stitches removed. That’s all. 15.04. She was admitted by ambulance to hospital No. 36. In the evening she was operated on. They opened the cheek, installed drainage and tubes. Pus went to the temple. 2 weeks of hell have begun. Very painful dressings, nervous breakdowns, sleepless nights, waiting for a possible operation on the temple. One thing I was glad about was that I actually ended up with doctors, professionals in their field. A pressure chamber was prescribed, a huge amount of antibiotics, hormones, etc. I was discharged two weeks ago. Panic attacks continue, the fear that all this could happen again sits in me. Under the supervision of doctors for at least another 2 months, there is a possibility that inflammation may occur because... The tendons on the temple are affected. But the most important thing is the result of the operation. It is already visible! Although the first results should be only after 4-6 months. I have very neat and invisible scars, movements appear on the affected side. Kamil Salamovich regularly sees me after discharge and does not abandon me. During all 22 days of hospitalization, I didn’t even have an attending physician, and in the extract from the medical history (No. 59 - a/k0246196) he suddenly appeared: he turned out to be a certain Libin P.V., whom I had NEVER SEEN IN MY EYES! Further more. On the day of discharge, I was given a photocopy of medical record No. 59, where at least two-thirds of the information turned out to be untrue: the same P.V. Libin. again acted as Kizhe’s lieutenant: allegedly, for more than three weeks, he kept me under tireless medical surveillance day and night... Who needed these lies and fraud and why?! But that's not all! I was discharged on February 5, 2016, supposedly in satisfactory condition - ready for prosthetics and with a sanitized oral cavity. At the same time, my toothaches were so severe that I had to buy the strongest painkiller for the trip at the pharmacy kiosk of the Central Research Institute and Maxillofacial Hospital itself. Let me inform you: on March 1, I was hospitalized again - this time at my place of residence, namely in the maxillofacial surgery department of the regional clinical hospital in Rostov-on-Don, where, for acute medical reasons (!), I had a tooth removed, and after two more month, another tooth was removed. What lies ahead is the possible subsequent removal of another tooth, re-treatment of others and, as a result, removable prosthetics on both jaws... This is the kind of “help” I received under the compulsory medical insurance program in January-February of this year at the Central Research Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery in Moscow. The result of the examination: there is no statement with a diagnosis, no prescription. During our appointment, other patients entered the office and the doctor was distracted by them. What did they pay money for? After this organization, the child was consulted by several more doctors, who performed an examination using special equipment. The initial diagnosis was confirmed and treatment was prescribed. There is already a result.
