Improving cerebral blood supply. What drugs are prescribed to improve cerebral circulation in cervical osteochondrosis?

Blood circulation in the brain can be impaired for various reasons. The development of the disease can be caused by traumatic brain injuries, systemic pathologies, exposure to toxic compounds, physical and psycho-emotional stress, as well as various types of damage to the cerebral vessels.

Blood vessels can be damaged as a result of severe osteochondrosis, leading to their mechanical compression. Common causes of cerebrovascular accidents also include hypertension, atherosclerotic lesions of blood vessels and the formation of blood clots in them that block the lumen.

Currently, pharmacologists offer a range of medicines, allowing to normalize blood flow in the so-called. "brain pool".

Table of contents:

The main types of medications that help improve cerebral circulation

Preventive and therapeutic measures should begin to be taken as soon as the first clinical signs indicating problems with cerebral circulation appear. The further development of pathologies very often causes severe consequences, including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, as well as dementia, i.e. dementia. Many complications can pose a serious threat not only to the health, but also to the life of the patient.

The main groups of drugs for restoring normal blood circulation in the central nervous system:

  • vasodilators (vasodilators);
  • anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents (to prevent thrombosis);

Which drugs are indicated in each specific case can only be determined by a qualified specialist after a detailed history collection and a comprehensive examination of the patient. The doctor determines treatment tactics and identifies optimal single and daily dosages of medications.

Important:self-medication for problems with blood supply to the brain is not only ineffective, but also deadly!

Vasodilators for cerebrovascular accidents

Medicines of this clinical and pharmacological group provide an increase in blood flow to the brain tissues, which helps prevent hypoxia at the cellular level. Normal blood flow also provides the cells of the central nervous system with adequate amounts of vital compounds.

Vasodilators improve the functional activity of the brain by stimulating metabolism and energy metabolism in brain cells.

Calcium antagonists used for circulatory disorders in the brain

Pharmacological agents in this category have been successfully used for many years to improve blood circulation in the central nervous system. Currently, work is underway to create third-generation calcium antagonists. The drugs promote relaxation of the muscular vascular walls, due to which the lumen of the arteries expands and the volume of blood flowing to the tissues increases. Calcium antagonists have no effect on the muscular elements of the veins.

These drugs can have a systemic effect on the body, so they should be prescribed with extreme caution, and only after a thorough and comprehensive examination of the patient. Daily and single dosages, as well as the total duration of course therapy are determined only by the attending physician.

Some first generation Sa antagonists:

  • dihydropyridines (Cordipine, Nifedipine);
  • benzothiazapines (Dilacor);
  • phenylalkylamines (Verapamil).

The second generation of drugs used for circulatory disorders in the brain:

  • dihydropyridines (Felodipine, Isradipine, Nifedipine GITS, Nasoldipine);
  • benzothiazapines (Clentiazem, Diltiazem SR);
  • phenylalkylamines (Verapamil SR).

Preparations whose main active ingredients are phytocomponents are characterized by relative safety. As a rule, they have relatively few contraindications. Herbal preparations help prevent disorders of cerebral blood flow, and are widely used for the treatment of already diagnosed pathologies.

Some products in this group are approved for over-the-counter dispensing from pharmacies. They can be used independently, but only after consulting with a therapist and carefully reading the annotation.

Note:The biologically active ingredients of the most common herbal remedies for normalizing cerebral blood supply are alkaloids from the plants Ginkgo Biloba and Periwinkle.

Remedies from the alkaloid Vinca

The biologically active component of these herbal remedies is characterized by an antispasmodic effect. The plant alkaloid helps normalize cellular metabolism and prevents the formation of blood clots in the vessels of the central nervous system.

The most common drugs in this category used for cerebrovascular disorders include:

  • Cavinton;
  • Vinpocetine;
  • Bravinton.

Important:Taking Cavinton and Vinpocetine is allowed only on the recommendation of a doctor, since only a competent specialist can determine the most appropriate route of administration and duration of course therapy in a particular case. A preliminary examination of the patient is required.

Medicines for cerebrovascular disorders from Ginkgo Biloba

The alkaloid of this plant has a complex effect. Healing preparations based on them are characterized by a pronounced antispasmodic effect. They are able to reduce tissue swelling, as well as increase the permeability of the walls of blood vessels and at the same time increase their elasticity. These products help normalize microcirculation. They are also powerful antioxidants, protecting the brain from the negative effects of free radicals at the cellular level.

The most effective herbal remedies from Ginkgo Biloba include:

  • Ginkgo Biloba S;
  • Tanakan;
  • Doppelgerz Ginkgo Biloba Plus.

The duration of the therapeutic course for cerebrovascular accidents, as a rule, is 3 months or more, since the therapeutic effect develops gradually. Positive changes are observed 1 month after the start of treatment.

During the period of treatment with products based on the mentioned plants, you should not simultaneously consume drugs that “thin” the blood (including acetylsalicylic acid), since there is a possibility of hemorrhage.

Medicines that strengthen vascular walls

A number of drugs and dietary supplements serve to restore the elasticity of vascular walls.

The most effective vitamin P-based drugs used for cerebrovascular disorders are:

  • Blueberry Forte;
  • Ascorutin.

Potassium, silicon, selenium and other compounds are present in the required quantities in the following dietary supplements and vitamin-mineral complexes:

  • Microhydrin;
  • Greenwit;
  • Nootropic.

Dihydroquercetin, which improves the condition of vascular walls, is contained in such drugs as:

  • Dihydroquercetin Plus;
  • Flucol;
  • Flavit.

Note:complexes containing vitamins and microelements, as well as dietary supplements that have a preventive effect, can be taken without the recommendation of a therapist, but only after carefully reading the instructions.

Antiplatelet drugs are prescribed to improve the rheological properties of blood, i.e., reducing its viscosity. These drugs are indicated if there is a risk of transient cerebral circulation disorders (in common parlance - micro-strokes) or if the patient has an increased tendency to thrombus formation. The drugs make it possible to prevent the development of such a formidable complication as.

To improve blood flow, the following antiplatelet agents may be recommended:

Important:antiplatelet agents are prescribed by the attending physician for cerebrovascular accidents after studying laboratory data and blood tests of the patient.

Anticoagulants serve to reduce blood clotting and restore microcirculation in small vessels.

If indicated, the patient may be prescribed the following anticoagulants:

  • Heparin;
  • Warfarin;
  • Fragmin;
  • Clexane.

To avoid dangerous complications (bleeding), during a course of using drugs in this category, patients with cerebral circulatory disorders should periodically donate blood for biochemistry, and the doctor should examine the coagulogram of such patients.

Important:if complications such as vomiting with blood, black feces, which are highly likely to indicate the presence of bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract, or if hematomas (bruises) of various locations appear, you should immediately seek medical help.

Drugs belonging to this clinical and pharmacological group improve metabolism in brain cells, increase their resistance to hypoxia and improve memory and cognitive functions. Nootropics help improve mental performance, prevent fatigue and the onset of depression. They are powerful antioxidants and adaptogens. A number of drugs in this category are produced from animal tissue; they contain natural amino acids.

The most effective nootropic drugs prescribed for cerebrovascular disorders are:

Nootropics are indicated for the treatment of dementia (dementia) of vascular origin, ischemic strokes, vegetative-vascular dystonia, memory impairment, deterioration of the ability to concentrate, alcoholic encephalopathy and many other diseases and pathological conditions caused by circulatory disorders in the brain.

To improve cerebral circulation, taking vitamin PP (nicotinic acid) preparations is often recommended. This biologically active compound does not have a significant effect on large blood vessels, but promotes the expansion of capillaries.

Vitamin PP allows you to lower the level of so-called. "bad cholesterol", i.e. cholesterol carried by low-density lipoproteins, and reduce the fragility of the walls of blood vessels.

The most common drugs based on nicotinic acid for cerebrovascular disorders:

  • A nicotinic acid;
  • Acipimox;
  • Nikoshpan.

Important: With Self-medication is strictly prohibited. Injections of the solution (carried out in courses) are carried out under the supervision of the attending physician. As acute symptoms of cerebral blood supply insufficiency are relieved, vitamin PP can be prescribed to the patient in the form of tablets for oral administration for long-term maintenance therapy.

In our difficult times, chronic diseases have become not the exception, but the norm. Added to the inevitable age-related changes are the negative factors of chronic fatigue, depression, a forced sedentary lifestyle and eating unsuitable foods. Stroke is among the top three most common diseases. Therefore, the first priority was the question of how to improve blood circulation in the brain.

Causes and signs of the disease

The most important continuous process in the human body is blood circulation, through which nutrients and gases are exchanged. Disruption of this process in the brain area often leads to death; the few survivors can no longer fully work and live.

The basis for circulatory disorders can be various factors: constant stress, excessive physical and psychological stress, chronic fatigue, head injuries, hypertension, blockage of blood vessels with cholesterol plaques (atherosclerosis), chronic diseases of the spine, systemic diseases.

The health of a sick person remains stable for a long time and does not cause concern. But gradually the situation worsens, and a person can no longer cope with problems on his own. If you have certain conditions, you must immediately undergo a full examination: frequent attacks of headaches, eye pain, dizziness, vomiting and nausea. Numbness of the fingers, tinnitus, memory loss, fatigue, pressure surges, irritability, apathy, unsteady gait, poor sleep - all these symptoms clearly indicate problems with the head vessels. There is no need to expect the body to cope with ailments on its own. Along with blood, oxygen and nutrients enter the brain. If the supply is insufficient, pathological processes may develop that will lead to irreversible results.

Important! Some of the listed signs of the disease may be caused by other diseases.

Chronic insufficient blood circulation to the brain is called discirculatory encephalopathy. Its cause is pinching and compression of blood vessels. To develop recommendations for treatment, it is necessary to establish an accurate diagnosis and find out the causes of the onset of the disease. This is what a neurologist does.

Expert advice on normalizing cerebral circulation is simple and accessible to everyone. To achieve an impressive effect, you need to put in a little effort and patience. The following actions will help restore the functioning of the vascular system: performing aerobic exercises, consuming certain foods, normalizing weight, quitting smoking, memory training, positive emotions.

Folk remedies for improving cerebral circulation have a fairly wide range, and the choice is not limited to herbal remedies and certain diets. In addition, there is a whole range of exercises that can increase blood flow to the head and improve mental abilities. But the question arises what can interfere with normal blood flow to the brain and why prolonged fasting is dangerous.

What pathologies threaten the deterioration of cerebral circulation

The brain, both the head and the spinal cord, is nourished by a branched system of blood vessels, main and cerebral arteries. These include the aorta, spinal, radicular, subclavian, basilar, carotid, cerebral and jugular arteries. All these vessels provide cerebral circulation. The nature of the lesion is just as wide: embolism, thrombosis, looping and various bends, vascular aneurysm and narrowing of their lumen.

The consequences of a noticeable deterioration in cerebral circulation include: hemorrhages, strokes, chronic circulatory disorders (encephalopathy and myelopathy). All this can lead to various disorders of motor function, coordination, deterioration of intelligence, increased irritability, changes in the psycho-emotional sphere, decreased performance, destabilization of sleep and even mental disorders.

Symptoms of pathology

On initial stage The disease practically does not manifest itself, but as it progresses, characteristic signs begin to appear:

  1. Headache. Usually this sign is given little importance, attributing it to fatigue.
  2. Pain in the eyes. Mostly intensifies in the evening.
  3. Dizziness. If the phenomenon has become systematic, this is already an alarming sign.
  4. Nausea and vomiting usually accompany dizziness.
  5. Disturbances in the hearing aid - constant congestion, noise, ringing.
  6. Cramps and numbness of the extremities are uncommon but possible.
  7. Excessive tension in the head muscles.
  8. Possible fainting, weakness, pallor, weak pulse.

Common symptoms include distortions of perception, deterioration of memory and concentration, constant weakness, daytime sleepiness due to night insomnia.

Causes of pathology

Often the cause is atherosclerosis, blockage of blood vessels with cholesterol plaques. The plaque blocks one of the vessels leading to the brain, and as a result, the brain stops receiving proper nutrition.

Poor circulation can be a consequence of chronic fatigue and lack of sleep. But, oddly enough, this is usually not given importance, which leads to sad consequences. The lack of proper rest and sleep has an extremely negative effect on the state of the nervous and endocrine systems and even on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

Working in an uncomfortable position also contributes to the deterioration of normal blood flow throughout the body, including the brain. Due to overstrain of the cervical and spinal muscles, the vessels are pinched, and blood to the head begins to flow in insufficient quantities. The health of the spine directly affects brain function, so people with scoliosis or osteochondrosis are at increased risk.

The cause of cerebral hemorrhage is high blood pressure. With sudden physical exertion or nervous tension, a rupture of a vessel aneurysm may occur. An aneurysm is a protrusion of the wall of a vessel that is weakened in this place. As a result, blood leaks into the brain tissue and the formation of an intracerebral hematoma.

Various intracranial injuries contribute to abnormalities in nutrition and brain function. Usually these are quite serious disorders, and they cannot be treated with folk remedies.

Cerebral infarction is necrosis (death) of tissue due to blockage of one of the vessels supplying brain tissue. The causes of blockage may be an atherosclerotic plaque or a blood clot formed due to excessive blood viscosity.

Other causes of cerebrovascular accidents include alcohol abuse and smoking, unhealthy diet, excess weight, chronic depression, and abuse of medications, especially contraceptives.

How to improve blood flow?

How to improve brain nutrition, for example, using improvised means? Folk wisdom contains many recipes for truly improving intellectual abilities and ensuring free blood flow to the head.

Does a properly selected diet improve brain activity? Certainly! This is the primary task of anyone who has decided to improve their mental performance and get rid of possible pathological symptoms.

Special diet. The main products that improve brain activity and increase blood supply:

  • black chocolate;
  • cranberry;
  • red wine;
  • beet;
  • blueberry;
  • spinach;
  • fatty fish;
  • apples;
  • pumpkin seeds.

Some of these products directly affect the blood supply to brain tissue, eliminating possible causes of pathology. Some additionally nourish brain cells with essential nutrients. In any case, including them in your daily diet will definitely bring benefits.

Medicinal herbs and herbal products will bring noticeable improvement and benefits:

  1. Melissa. Calms nerves, normalizes sleep, relieves headaches. You should drink medicinal tea from this herb every day for a long time. Take 1 tbsp per glass of boiling water. dry grass.
  2. Sophora japonica. Dissolves salt deposits on the walls of blood vessels. 1 tbsp. raw materials are poured with the same amount of boiling water and left for 12 hours. Take 1 tbsp. 2 times a day.
  3. Garlic tincture. This remedy will significantly improve the removal of cholesterol from the body. 1 large head of garlic is peeled, crushed and poured with a glass of vegetable oil. The composition is infused for a day; it must be shaken periodically. After this, lemon juice is added, everything is mixed and left for another week. Take the product 1 tbsp. 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3 months.

It is quite possible to increase blood flow to the brain using various methods, for example, with the help of special exercises.

Physiotherapy

These exercises are designed to improve blood flow to the head and relax the neck muscles.

  1. It is necessary to make rotational movements with your head several times in different directions.
  2. Turn your head left and right.
  3. Tilt the head forward and back, while the chin should reach the chest, and then the back of the head should lean as far back as possible.
  4. Tilt the head to the side until the ear touches the shoulder.

All movements should be soft and smooth without excessive tension or jerking, otherwise you can damage ligaments or dislocate vertebrae, which can lead to serious complications. Additionally, you can rub your face, head, ears well, and massage biologically active points on your head. They are located on the temples, between the eyebrows, near the nostrils, under the lip, on the back of the head.

Acupressure. Impact on biologically active points has a beneficial effect on the entire body. By regularly massaging certain points, you can improve blood supply to all important organs, including the brain.

The first point is located under the nail plate of the middle finger. It is necessary to apply pressure with the nail of the thumb of the other hand. Increases blood supply to the brain and prevents blockage of blood vessels. The massage is done for a minute at any general time every day several times.

The second point is on the earlobe. The massage is performed with the thumb and forefinger every day before bed, because this effect primarily normalizes sleep. Many functions of the human body depend on the quality of sleep.

The problem of modern man is that he has forgotten about the culture of a healthy lifestyle, including proper rest. It is the alternation of reasonable load and complete relaxation that will allow you to conduct active, fruitful activities. Natural stimulants will only contribute to this. The main thing is to know when to stop; any medicine in excessive doses can become poison.

Today, every third person thinks about treating cerebrovascular accidents. Among the reasons why the blood supply to the brain is disrupted, two main ones are atherosclerosis and hypertension.

But they are not the only ones. There are many factors in the development of the disease - obesity, smoking, high cholesterol, and stress.

If blood circulation in the brain begins to be disrupted, vision decreases, coordination of movements may become lost, and, most dangerously, a stroke or paralysis may develop. Unfortunately, at first the disease does not have pronounced symptoms, and therefore it is not given due attention.

Signs of impending disaster in the form of cerebrovascular accident are expressed by:

  • in forgetfulness and memory loss;
  • having difficulty absorbing information;
  • in decreased performance and motor activity;
  • in decreased intelligence;
  • in numbness of the limbs;
  • in imbalance.

Even in young people, the gait can change and become senile, shuffling. Such phenomena in the body are dangerous for health, quality of life, and work activity.

How to tidy up your blood vessels and take care of them

Traditional medicine will help restore blood vessels. Gradually, to a certain extent, it is possible to restore their former capabilities. Memory will improve, the brain will begin to receive everything it needs in full. This way, we can eliminate the risk of harm to health.

To cleanse blood vessels and improve cerebral circulation

As always, medicinal plants act as healers, from which you need to make a tincture. Let's find three herbs:

  • red clover;
  • Siberian bloat carp;
  • Dioscorea Caucasus.

Fill a three-liter jar with red clover heads without compacting. Add to it 20 grams of ground roots of Caucasian dioscorea and 20 grams of Siberian puffball.

Fill it up to the neck with high-quality vodka and leave it to steep for 14 days. The place should be dark and cool. After the expiration date has expired, strain through several layers of gauze. Pour the healing tincture into small bottles. Apply: half an hour before meals – 1 teaspoon. Do this three times daily. We drink for a month, rest for a month, and during this time we take.

Recipe for regulating cerebral hemodynamics

For the infusion you need:

  • crushed periwinkle leaves - 1 teaspoon;
  • hawthorn leaves and flowers - 1 tbsp. spoon.

Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over the periwinkle leaves and boil for five minutes. Add hawthorn leaves and flowers and remove from heat. After three hours of infusion, strain. Take: ½ glass an hour before meals. If you drink the infusion constantly, the effect of the treatment will be achieved.

Infusion to improve cerebral circulation against the background of atherosclerosis

With memory loss or partial loss. For the infusion we will collect:

  • 10 grams each of lemon balm and veronica;
  • 30 grams of strawberry leaves;
  • 40 grams of hawthorn flowers and fruits.

Chop and mix everything. Brew a tablespoon of the collection with 300 ml of boiling water. Add honey for taste and drink warm daily. 100 ml one hour before meals.

Useful infusion after a stroke due to cerebrovascular accident

The drink is prepared from dried celandine. Take 1 tablespoon of it crushed and pour a glass of boiling water. We insist for fifteen minutes. We take it strictly according to the dosage for 21 days (3 weeks): 3 times a day before meals, half an hour - 2 tbsp. spoons. We monitor our well-being.

Physiotherapy

Therapeutic gymnastics helps significantly. These exercises should become permanent in our lives.

  1. Relax the neck muscles and make circular movements with your head: 7 times clockwise and 7 times counterclockwise. We do it slowly.
  2. We turn our head so that your chin is in a horizontal plane - 7 times “left - right”.
  3. We tilt our heads 7 times: we sigh - we bend forward, touching our chin to our chest, we exhale - we tilt it back as far as possible.
  4. We tilt our head “right - left” seven times and try to touch our shoulder with our ear.
  5. Massage, tap and rub the neck, ears, face, head. This improves blood flow to the brain.

Healing mixture for cleaning blood vessels and restoring memory

This mixture perfectly improves blood flow to the brain. For a healing potion, take 0.5 kg cranberries (frozen can also be used), mix them with 350 grams of honey and 150 grams of grated horseradish. Stir or beat with a mixer. Pour into jars and keep them in the refrigerator. After we have eaten, eat 2 teaspoons and drink tea.

Ginkgo Biloba is a unique and very effective remedy in the treatment of blood supply

Ginkgo biloba is an effective remedy for blood vessels. It is sold in pharmacies in the form of capsules and tablets, but you can get the leaves of the plant in dry form. Preparations and dry raw materials increase blood flow not only to the brain, but also to any other area that lacks it: to the lower extremities, all arteries, veins, and the smallest capillaries. This is especially important for older people. After all, if a cell lacks blood supply, it ceases to function normally.

Tincture: Pour 1 part of dry ginkgo biloba leaves with 10 parts of 40% alcohol (high-quality vodka). We leave it in a dark place for 14 days, after which we must filter it. We take a course of 1 month, 1 month break, etc. Every day 3 times - 10-20 drops, mixed with water.

Decoction: Pour a tablespoon of dry ginkgo biloba leaf with half a glass of boiling water. Boil in a water bath for 15 minutes. After infusing for half an hour, strain. We take it in a course of 1 month with a break of 2 weeks: daily 1/3 glass before three meals.

Impaired cerebral circulation is dangerous for the entire body and threatens complications. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary. Warn your doctor about treatment with single agents.

Take care of yourself and live 100 years without troubles.

Symptoms and treatment of cerebrovascular accident

● Several years ago, after dizziness began, I was thrown from side to side when walking, insomnia and noise in my head appeared, at the district clinic they diagnosed “ Cerebrovascular accident" Several times I fell to the ground and lost consciousness - thank God this happened at home. After such symptoms, I was afraid to go out. My granddaughter helped me get to a neurologist, who, after a thorough examination, prescribed comprehensive treatment.

● The doctor recommended taking it intravenously actovegin And cytoflavin, inside cinnarizine three times a day, one tablet for two months. I was also asked to constantly take statin drugs ( Atorvastatin, Simvastatin, Rosuvastatin, Torvacard and similar). These medications help me lower my blood cholesterol levels, since the examination revealed that the carotid arteries, which carry blood to the brain, are clogged with cholesterol plaques, as a result of which blood flow is reduced by 47%.

● The neurologist explained to me that with the help of statins, loose cholesterol plaques are compacted and pressed against the wall of blood vessels, thereby ensuring sufficient clearance in the duct and improving blood circulation.

How I treat cerebrovascular accidents in combination with traditional medicine recommendations

I started treatment with proper nutrition.. I excluded from my daily diet foods that contribute to the deposition of cholesterol on the walls of blood vessels. I gave up smoked, fried and fatty foods. On my table there are vegetables and fruits, low-fat cottage cheese, a variety of cereals, fermented milk products, processed cheese, chicken, lean meats, vegetable broth soups with noodles or cereals, bran bread.

● I add flax seeds to prepared dishes, vegetable oil, bran or dried seaweed - kelp, which I buy at the pharmacy. I take fish oil periodically - five capsules every day. Traditional medicine recipes helped me in the fight against my illness:

» to improve blood circulation and strengthen blood vessels s, I pour half a liter of boiling water into a thermos overnight with a mixture of fruits and hawthorn taken one tablespoon at a time; I filter the next morning and take half a glass half an hour before meals four times a day;

» for cleaning blood vessels and thinning the blood I grind 2 oranges and 2 lemons in a meat grinder, after removing the seeds from them; I add two tablespoons, mix thoroughly and place the drug in the refrigerator. I take a tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water; the course of treatment lasts three months in a row;

» from noise in the head I pour dried red clover heads up to half into a two- or three-liter glass jar; I fill it with high-quality vodka up to the shoulders, without compacting the contents. I strain the tincture after 14 days of infusion in a dark place, take it only once at night, one tablespoon, with milk. The course also lasts three months;

» another recipe for noise in the head: I grate three lemons and half a glass, add three tablespoons of honey, mix; I take a teaspoon with meals twice a day for two months in a row;

» to get rid of dizziness, I chop the flowers of celandine and clover, black currant taken in equal parts; I pour half a liter of boiling water and leave it to steep for one hour, strain and drink throughout the day instead of tea;

» to improve sleep I mix 2 tablespoons of motherwort leaves and peppermint, one tablespoon each of valerian officinalis roots; I pour one tablespoon of the collection into 200 ml of boiling water, filter it after an hour and take half a glass in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bed; I'm taking treatment until I feel better.

For dizziness after measuring blood pressure in the morning I do massage of biologically active points of the head. I start with several movements, gradually increasing their number to 12-24:

» I press my ears with my palms and tap the back of my head with my fingers;

» I pull my earlobes down;

» in the middle of the forehead, in the middle of the chin, above the bridge of the nose, the depression at the bottom in the middle of the back of the head, the tragus of the ears, I massage the points with circular movements of the fingers;

» movements in the form of washing the face - from bottom up to the forehead and down to the chin;

» I rub my ears up and down with my palms;

» I finish the procedure with a light massage of the collar area.

● Since I have a fairly serious illness, I cannot completely give up chemical medications. Every day I take pills for hypertension, aspirin-cardio or cardiomagnyl, Torvacard 20 mg each; twice a year one of the vascular drugs – tanakan, betaserk, cavinton, mexidol.

● As a result complex treatment My sleep improved, I got rid of dizziness, and now I walk without fear or outside help. Of course, if present, it is very problematic to completely get rid of noise in the head - it either appears and intensifies, then disappears; it all depends on the state of blood pressure.

● With this disease, many patients experience memory loss, but fortunately, I have no such problems. I know that the brain must work constantly to prevent atrophy of its cells, leading to dementia (). When I retired, I took up this problem in earnest. I wish you all good health and God bless you!

Collection is complex, but effective for cerebrovascular accidents

  • My best friend (now 77 years old) suffered from cerebrovascular accident for many years. She always complained of constant dizziness, tinnitus, and intense headaches. Over time, her vision deteriorated and she began to hear poorly.
  • Seeing her deplorable situation, I decided to help her. We found recipes for traditional medicine in a medical journal and prepared the following collection:

» take one tablespoon of powdered nutmeg, bay leaf, turmeric, cinnamon, star anise, clove buds; three tablespoons each, fennel and coriander and fifty grams of dandelion roots;

» mixed all the ingredients of the mixture, one teaspoon of which was poured with boiling water and after sixty minutes of infusion, the friend began to take ⅓ glass, adding a teaspoon of honey to the infusion and drank thirty minutes before eating;

» I completely forgot about my previous headaches. God bless!

Story by L. A. Chekhova, Saratov, on the topic of cerebrovascular accidents

I’m not quite old yet - only 62 years old, but recently my memory has deteriorated sharply. What I read about before going to bed, I couldn’t remember anything the next morning. Moreover, she confused the names of her sons, grandsons and granddaughters.

The kids laughed at me kindly, but I began to understand that old age was approaching, and with it senile dementia. But she decided not to give up: she began to look for folk recipes in the medical literature. And I found it.

Thanks to the recipe below, my memory was restored, and the tinnitus disappeared. Let's move on to the recipe now.

A pinch of mulberry sprigs (we know them as mulberries) was poured into one liter of water, boiled for twenty minutes, and the entire broth was drunk during the day. She was treated for thirty days in a row, then took a week's break and repeated the course of treatment.

The headaches gradually went away, my head became clearer and lighter, and most importantly, my memory became better.

It turns out that the active substances contained in mulberry branches relieve spasms and cleanse. Since then, I have been drinking this healing decoction every year for prevention.

By the way, I managed to return to my favorite job, which I left due to memory problems.
