The User (a legally competent individual who has reached the age of 18 and uses the Site for personal, household and other needs) agrees with the processing of the personal data provided by him to the Operator (Electronic Medicine Laboratory LLC) subject to the following conditions:
1.1. When registering on the Site and/or creating an Order (“Make an Appointment”), the User provides the Operator with the following personal data (their own or as a full representative of the subject of personal data - close relatives):
- last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, compulsory health insurance policy number, email address.
1.2. By providing his personal data when registering on the Site and/or creating an Order, the User gives the Operator consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or changing), use, distribution, transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of personal data ( or gives consent as a full representative of the subject of personal data).
1.3. The Operator uses personal data for the purpose of registering Users on the Site, providing services for making an appointment at a medical organization selected by the User from those available on the Site.
1.4. The consent is valid for 10 (ten) years from the date of placing the last Order or from the moment of registration on the Site, depending on which event occurs later.
1.5. The Operator undertakes not to disclose personal data received from the User. The provision of personal data by the Operator to medical organizations to fulfill obligations to Users is not considered a violation of this obligation. It is not considered a breach of obligation to disclose personal data in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements.
1.6. The Operator has the right to use “cookies” technology and obtain information about the User’s IP address. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not used to identify the User.
1.7. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the User, the Operator guarantees that all information received from the User, including login and password, is automatically deleted from the memory of the Operator's computers, after which the User will not have access to the Site using them. In order to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, the User must delete his account in the “Personal Account” of the site.
