Dear Readers, I'm excited to continue my work with the updated blog design. First of all, I want to thank you all for the huge number of comments and warmth of words after such an event. Let's move on to the topic of health - the main topic of my blog. Not so long ago we talked about Today we will learn about the use of mumiyo to treat various diseases, improve appearance and even lose weight.

The guest of my blog, Kaloshin Ivan Yuryevich, the founder of a farm in the Altai Mountains, the owner of the online store “Green Altai”, where you can find many unique healing products, will talk about this. I give the floor to my guest.

Secrets of using Altai mumiyo - the best recipes

Good day, lovers of a healthy lifestyle and natural, environmentally friendly products! My name is Ivan. Most recently, I talked about the beneficial properties of a truly miraculous mountain product, which is known as Altai mumiyo. Mountain resin, black gold of Altai - all these names belong to this substance, the composition of which has been studied in sufficient detail, and its healing properties and indications for use have been confirmed by official medicine.

The areas of application of Altai mumiyo extend to almost all areas of medicine. It is recommended to be used to treat the kidneys and liver, circulatory system and heart, stomach and ENT organs. It is easier to list the ailments for which it makes no sense to take Altai mumiyo. Fortunately, this list will be too short. However, many of you are already asking the question: “How to take mumiyo to get rid of diseases once and for all?” This is exactly the topic I want to raise today.

Altai mumiyo. Indications for use

In what situations is taking Altai mumiyo indicated? To begin with, it is worth remembering in what cases the use of Altai mumiyo will really help get rid of the unpleasant manifestations of the disease. The main properties of this substance are biostimulating, antiseptic and immunomodulatory, so a positive effect is expected in the event of the following “problems”:

  • fractures, sprains, bruises;
  • burns and open injuries (cuts, for example);
  • ulceration and inflammation of the mucous membranes (from the oral cavity and ENT organs to the intestines);
  • inflammation of the respiratory organs;
  • gynecological and andrological problems;
  • skin diseases;
  • nervous, mental and psychological problems;
  • immunodeficiency;
  • problems of hematopoiesis and blood circulation;
  • consequences of surgical operations;
  • poisoning and toxic effects on the body.

All these problems are successfully combated with the help of medications, but only Altai mumiyo, the indications for use of which are more extensive than those of the most advanced tablets, is able to eliminate their causes, and not their consequences.

How to take mumiyo? Instructions for use

A little about the intricacies of taking mumiyo. Shilajit, although natural, is still a medicine, so it is recommended to take it in certain dosages. A single dose of mumiyo is calculated relative to a person’s weight. For a person weighing up to 70 kg, a single dose is considered to be 0.2 g, up to 80 kg 0.3 g, up to 90 kg 0.4 g, over 90 kg - 0.5 g.

Regimen for taking mumiyo for the treatment of all diseases:

  • You should drink it on an empty stomach in the morning;
  • for lunch, the solution is taken an hour before the meal;
  • in the evening - before bed, at least 2 hours after dinner.

This regimen is suitable for the treatment of all diseases without exception. And it was developed not by pundits, luminaries of medicine, but by our ancestors, who lived in the Altai mountains thousands of years ago.

How long should you take mumiyo?

Another point worth paying attention to is the duration of treatment. Thus, the oldest instructions for using Altai mumiyo contain the following data on how long the course can last:

  • in the acute course of the disease - 10 days, then a break for 5 days and a full repeat of the course;
  • for chronic illnesses, ten-day courses are repeated 4-5 times;
  • for severe illnesses - 30 days of administration alternate with 10-day rest periods, after which the drug is taken again for a month.

Here, in essence, are all the subtleties that should be remembered by everyone who does not yet know how to take mumiyo.

Altai mumiyo. Treatment. Application. Recipes

Let's talk about ways to use Altai mumiyo. Instructions for use of Altai mumiyo prescribe that it should be taken for most diseases in the form of a solution prepared from mountain resin and water or milk in various concentrations. There are also recipes in which ointments with honey are prepared from mumiyo. I’ll give you a few old recipes that anyone can master.

Use of mumiyo for cervical erosion, inflammation of the appendages

Erosion of the cervix, inflammation of the appendages and mucous membranes of the genital organs are treated with a solution of 50 ml of water and 2 g of mumiyo. A tampon of medical gauze is soaked in it and inserted into the vagina overnight. The treatment regimen is the same as for serious illnesses, that is, 30 days of use of the drug are alternated with 10 days of rest.

Shilajit for periodontal disease, stomatitis and other inflammations of the oral cavity

For periodontal disease and periodontitis, stomatitis and other inflammations in the oral cavity, use the same solution as for female diseases. It is used to make applications on the gums (for 20-30 minutes), and also rinse the mouth after eating and hygienic brushing of teeth.

Shilajit for hemorrhoids

For anal fissures and hemorrhoidal cones, candles are prepared from mumiyo: 1 part of the product is mixed with 6 parts of thick honey and 6 parts of animal fat. The mixture is stirred until smooth, cooled slightly so that it can be formed by hand. Candles are made 2 or 3 cm long and about 5 mm thick. They are administered at night. The duration of the course is the same as for severe illnesses, with the course repeated after a month's rest.

Shilajit for joint pain

Radiculitis and other joint diseases are treated with ointment made from mumiyo and honey, mixed in a ratio of 1 to 20. It is recommended to rub the ointment into sore joints every day before bed. You can additionally insulate the joint with a woolen scarf. The course of treatment is at least 28 days, but noticeable relief occurs already on the second or third day.

Shilajit for gastrointestinal diseases and cystitis

It is almost impossible to quickly get rid of chronic cystitis, gastritis and peptic ulcers even with the help of mumiyo, the use of which is indicated for these problems in combination with milk in a ratio of 1 part mountain tar to 10 parts milk. The course of treatment lasts for a month, after which there is a break for a week, and then the course is repeated. For bladder pathology, this course is combined with douching with a mummy solution (1 g of product per liter of water).

Shilajit for kidney and liver pathologies

Kidney and liver colic, inflammation and other problems of these organs are cured by taking a ten-day solution of 3 g of mumiyo in 3 liters of water. You need to drink it before breakfast, shortly before lunch and before dinner, 20 ml. It is recommended to drink this healing remedy with beetroot juice diluted in half with water.

Shilajit for diseases of the lungs and respiratory organs

For catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, cough, sore throat and runny nose, take a solution of mumiyo in milk (proportion 1 to 10) with the addition of honey. The course follows the classical scheme - 10 days of administration alternate with 5-day breaks. For complete recovery, 2-3 courses may be required. In parallel with oral administration, it is recommended to gargle with the same solution (for sore throat) and lubricate the nasal mucosa (for rhinitis and runny nose) before going to bed.

Shilajit for otitis and hearing loss

A solution of mumiyo in water (proportion of products 1 to 50) will help restore hearing acuity and eliminate purulent or “dry” inflammation of the inner or middle ear. Small cotton pads are impregnated with it and inserted into the ear canal.

In addition, a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect is obtained by using a mixture of vegetable oil, grape juice and mumiyo (in a ratio of 50:5:1). This remedy should be instilled into the ears one drop at a time three times a day.

Shilajit for blood clots and asthma

To eliminate thrombophlebitis and improve the condition of bronchial asthma, take a solution of 1 part mumiyo and 20 parts milk with the addition of honey. The drug is taken for exactly 25 days at 50 mg per day, divided into two doses.

Use of mumiyo for fractures, stretch marks, bruises and skin injuries

Burns, fistulas, abscesses on the skin, as well as sprains, bruises and bone fractures, are treated with a solution of 2 g of mumiyo in a tablespoon of water. Additionally, you can apply mumiyo for fractures to the site of injury in a mixture with vegetable oil in a ratio of 1 to 20. It is better to use almond, olive or rose oil for this.

Mumiyo for face and hair. Application

How to use mumiyo to preserve beauty and youth? Health is a good thing, but for women, along with preserving the functions of their organs, it is very important to remain young and attractive in appearance. Altai mumiyo can help with this too!

Since ancient times, Altai women have been famous for their unfading beauty, and now the secret of their youth is available to all women. Especially for the readers of this blog, I found several interesting ways to use mummy for the face and hair, as well as for the body.

Hair restoration mask with mumiyo

You can use this mask only twice a month, and to prepare one portion of the product you will need 4 g of Altai mumiyo, a spoonful of honey, the same amount of burdock oil and the yolk of one egg. To begin with, the mummy is dissolved in honey, and the remaining components are gradually introduced into this mixture. The mask is applied to the hair and (this is important!) to the scalp. Leave for a healing effect for an hour, and then wash off with chamomile decoction or herbal shampoo.

Cream with mumiyo for acne and skin pigment

To prepare this cream you will need 15 g of mumiyo, 40 g of melted butter and half the weight of wax, a teaspoon of agave juice. Mumiyo is dissolved in a spoon of water. Meanwhile, the oil and wax are melted and gently mixed. Shilajit and agave juice are added to the cooled oil-wax base and mixed until smooth. The cream is applied every day to problem areas of the face in a very thin layer.

In the recipe adapted for modern life, oil and wax are absent, but baby cream is mentioned. It is believed that the base does not play a big role in the effectiveness of the product. However, the healing effects of mumiyo are better demonstrated in combination with natural products. By the way, you should not drink alcohol while taking mumiyo, much less try to combine mumiyo lotions with alcohol rubs.

Mumiyo. Contraindications

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Intolerance to any substances that make up a natural remedy, especially if such a phenomenon is expressed by edema, including internal edema, and disruption of circulatory and respiratory processes.
  • The presence of malignant tumors in the body.

Mumiyo has been known as a medicine for more than three thousand years. Even ancient healers used this unique substance to treat many ailments, such as epilepsy, migraines, poisoning, inflammatory diseases and problems associated with joints and the spine.

The word “mumiyo” itself has Greek roots and, roughly translated, means a substance that preserves the body. There is a version that the Greeks in ancient times learned about it from the Egyptians, who used it not only for treatment, but also for embalming. It is curious that the Arabic name of this healing substance - hafizal-ajssod - is translated in exactly the same way.

But it was known not only in Arab countries and ancient Egypt or Greece. They were treated with mountain tar in Mongolia and China, in Burma, Altai and Siberia. Around the 16th century, fame about the extraordinary medicinal properties of this substance reached Europe. However, then mumiyo was forgotten and its second birth happened only in the 60s of the last century.

What is mumiyo?

Today, the unique properties of this substance are used not only by folk medicine, but also by official medicine. Moreover, scientists have still not been able to find out exactly what this unique product is formed from. It is known for sure that all its types:

  1. They are products of organic origin.
  2. They are formed mainly in high-mountain, dry, hot climates.
  3. The starting materials for the emergence can be the remains of animals, plants, insects and special types of microorganisms.

It is these three features that give mumiyo a rich chemical composition, which helps with many diseases, especially those accompanied by metabolic disorders and inflammation.

In order to find out the quality of the raw material, it is enough to place a piece of it on the palm of your hand for a while. A good mumiyo melts at the temperature of the human body and has a distinct, specific smell.

Chemical composition

Externally, the substance looks like a glossy hard mineral, which when heated turns into a viscous resin. Its color, depending on its origin, can vary from silver-white to anthracite-black. However, most often mumiyo is found with a brownish-brown color.

Its chemical composition is also not fully understood. Scientists were able to isolate more than 30 different chemical elements, 6 amino acids and about 10 varieties of different metal oxides. But the most valuable thing about it is:

  • Humic acids, which can account for up to 65% of the total mass of the substance and which are capable of maintaining chemical balance in the body, play the role of powerful antioxidants, helping damaged cells to recover. In addition, humic acids have a pronounced antiviral and antibacterial effect.
  • B vitamins are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system, both central and peripheral.
  • Microelements such as magnesium, potassium, manganese and calcium, which in percentage terms can occupy from 20 to 50%.
  • Bee venom, which is contained in the so-called honey-wax type of raw material, formed with the participation of waste products of wild bees.

Recent studies have shown that mumiyo contains special fungi with properties similar to penicillin. Thanks to them, it can help with many inflammatory diseases, including those associated with joints.

Useful properties

The indications for the use of this remedy are quite extensive. Mumiyo can help with almost all diseases. There are recipes that can be used for pathologies of the cardiovascular system, diseases of the stomach and intestines, for vision problems, allergies and skin diseases, and even for radiation sickness.

However, it is most often taken for problems with the musculoskeletal system. Thanks to its composition, rich in important microelements, vitamins and amino acids, mumiyo is capable of:

  • Relieve inflammation in affected joints and soft tissues.
  • Restore mineral salt balance, prevent accumulation and help remove excess salt.
  • The abundance of microelements in mumiyo replenishes their deficiency in the joints and thereby activates the restoration of damage.

Features of application

Regardless of the diseases for which you plan to be treated with mummy, the course of its use will be quite long, sometimes up to several months. Therefore, you should not expect an immediate effect from this substance. You can take mumiyo tablets orally or use them as the main component for preparing ointments or compresses. For greater efficiency, in case of serious pathologies it is better to combine both of these methods.

Despite the fact that mumiyo is a natural medicine and you can buy it without a prescription, you should still consult a doctor before using it.

Experts in the field of traditional medicine do not recommend taking it simultaneously with antibiotics, especially penicillin or tetracycline, or hormonal drugs such as cortisone or hydrocortisone.

If you plan to take tablets with mumiom orally, then for the duration of treatment it is better to avoid spicy and smoked foods, as well as alcohol.

Indications

You can use recipes with mountain resin for almost all diseases associated with joints, muscles or ligaments. Instructions for use of mumiyo recommend using it for:

  1. Injuries, fractures, bruises and sprains.
  2. , including those accompanied by infections.
  3. Inflexible and joint pain, regardless of the cause that caused it.
  4. Salt deposits and gout.
  5. Osteochondrosis, radiculitis and spinal hernia.
  6. Neuralgia and.

In addition, it can be used in cases of reduced immunity, for a speedy recovery after serious illnesses, in case of allergic reactions or long-term non-healing wounds.

Recipes

You can be treated with mummy in two ways. Buy ready-made tablets or purchase pure raw materials and prepare medicines based on it yourself.

  • Ointment with honey to relieve pain and... To prepare it, you need to crush five mumiyo tablets into powder, mix with one tablespoon of fir oil and three tablespoons of honey. Move all components carefully. Store the finished ointment in the refrigerator in a dark glass jar. You can use it simply by rubbing it into the sore joint or applying a thin layer under a compress.
  • To remove excess salts from joints, you can also use ointment with honey and mumiyo, just mix them in a proportion of 5 grams. mumiyo and 100 gr. honey At the same time, it is better to use uncandied honey for ointment.
  • Ointment based on egg yolk. For this 5 gr. Mix mumiyo with one tablespoon of any vegetable oil and add egg yolk. Lubricate the sore spot with the resulting mixture daily. Indications for use: fractures, bruises,...

As for the finished form, the instructions for use recommend drinking mumiyo in tablets, depending on the condition, up to three times a day. In the morning, it is better to do this half an hour before breakfast, and in the evening, on the contrary, two hours after dinner. The dosage is selected depending on the weight, diagnosis and age of the patient.

Contraindications

Mumiyo is a practically harmless substance. At least it doesn't have any side effects. Of course, provided that you do not exceed the recommended dosages for taking, which are indicated in the instructions for the tablets.

The only contraindication to its use may be individual intolerance. If mumiyo in tablets, ointment or compress caused you an allergic reaction, irritation and redness on the skin, it is better to refuse treatment.
