  • The cooking time is calculated in almost the same way as with regular boiling of eggs. To obtain the “pouched” condition, 2 minutes is enough, for a denser one – 5 minutes, and after 7 minutes you will get a hard-boiled egg. The condition of the yolk is checked by lightly pressing your finger; to do this, use a slotted spoon to remove the egg from the water;
  • Poached eggs are also great from quail eggs.
