The essence of energy massage

Yoga massage is based on the principle of acupuncture, which provides a continuous flow of force and also helps relieve tension in the joints and muscles.

Also used in massage are the techniques of “rubbing”, “stroking”, “pinching” and “kneading”. An experienced massage therapist knows exactly how to perform such a massage correctly, because it involves alternating between softer and more energetic movements.

All movements have a certain duration and are performed in a clearly structured chronological sequence.

By the way, this feature of the energy technique is one of several secrets of oriental massage.

Energy massage technique

Many people complain of lack of energy or low level. About this problem caused by for various reasons, may indicate cold hands and feet. Usually it can be solved with gradual physical exercise and certain massage techniques that improve blood circulation and enhance the flow of energy throughout the body.

Massage for circulatory disorders - step by step

Kneading your legs. At the site of circulatory problems, the skin may be cold or stand out against the background of neighboring areas. To improve blood circulation, strongly stretch the muscle areas, especially the thighs and buttocks. Press down thumbs and roll the rest until you notice changes.

Palm pressure on the arms and legs. Stand to the side of the patient, rest one hand on his body, and use the palm of the other to move over the arms or legs that need massage. Place your hand, press, hold and release, moving along the meridians. The movement of energy will also help improve various stretching techniques.

Pressure on the legs. Find the 5p 6 point, rising three fingers above the ankle joint, behind the bone. Press gently with the pad thumb, hold and release. More easy option- circles around a point. This technique improves blood circulation and increases tone. Repeat all movements on the other side.

Energy field massage - photo step by step

As we have already said, chakras are currents of interaction with energy. It is believed that each of the seven main energy centers located in a certain place and associated with certain physical manifestations, has its own color and its own sound vibration.

In addition, each person is surrounded by various energy fields - the so-called auras. Some people can see or read auras and distinguish their colors.

The energy field closest to the body is called the etheric field. It can be felt by holding your hand 15-23 cm above the skin.

It is believed that energy imbalance affects physical well-being and may even cause illness.

Restoring energy balance helps restore health. Some healers work only with energy fields.

By developing your gift of healing touch, you can make energy massage even more effective.

Techniques for working with the energy field affect both the body and its aura. In order to give massage, you first need to develop sensitivity, as well as understanding and respect for the patient. Clear your mind, concentrate on your hands and notice all your sensations.

Try to remain objective and just observe. The following techniques can be used after or before a massage to help your patient relax. Over time, you will gain enough confidence in yourself and be able to improve the technique.

Relaxation of the back. To complete the back massage, place one hand between the patient's shoulder blades and the other on the sacrum. Breathe calmly, clear your mind and concentrate on the sensations in your hands, imagining positive energy flowing through them. This technique is calming, helping to feel the connection between the upper and lower back.

Energy impact on the back. Place your palm on the patient's sacrum, and then slowly lift it 10-15 cm above the body. Move your hand in a counterclockwise circle over your sacrum and notice all the sensations in your palm. Gradually lower your hand. This technique helps relieve lower back tension.

Relaxation of the eyes. This technique is suitable to complete a facial massage, promoting complete relaxation. Hold your bent palms 15 cm above the patient’s eyes, covering them from light. Breathe calmly, imagining positive energy flowing through your hands. Your mind should be calm, your hands motionless. The patient can feel the warmth emanating from them.

Relaxation of the abdomen. This technique can be used after a abdominal massage. It is especially useful if the patient has hypersensitivity. Hold your palms over the patient's abdomen and notice all your sensations. Gradually lower your arms so that they are at the sides of your navel. Exhale positive energy through your palms.

Relaxation of the head. Bring your hands to the patient's head, palms facing inward. Relax. Pay attention to all your sensations, imagining positive energy flowing through your hands. Then move your palms a little further from your head and repeat the technique several times, moving them further and further. This technique helps with headaches or mental stress.

Relaxation of the legs. To complete the energy massage, place your palms on the patient’s feet, relax them and fully concentrate on contact with the feet. This technique helps the patient to “ground” after the massage by focusing on the legs.

Energy impact on the head. Stand behind the patient and raise your arms 30 cm above his head. Relax your hands and pay attention to all your sensations. Gradually lower them to the top of your head. Notice the change in sensations as you approach your head, imagining positive energy flowing through your hands.

Relaxation of the chest. Place one palm on the patient's chest and the other on the stomach. Notice how your chest rises and falls as you breathe. Breathe calmly and steadily, paying attention to changes in the patient's breathing and concentrating on the warmth of your hands. This technique helps the patient regain balance, especially if he is upset.

Contact with the patient's energy during Champi massage

Stand behind the person you are going to massage. Inhale deeply and slowly 3 times. This will help you control your energy and concentrate.

Slowly place your hands above the person's head without touching it. Hold your hands above your head in the patient's energy field, spreading the energy of light, peace and deep calm.

Energy comes from your hands and comes into contact with the patient's energy. Do 3-5 slow deep breaths. Maintain silence, let a trusting atmosphere be established and the person relax.

Contact with the energy coming from the head

While remaining calm and focused, position your hands as described in step 1 and perform the following movements: Keep your hands near the patient's head. Take 3-5 slow deep breaths.

Feel how the energy envelops the patient's head, freeing it from all thoughts and worries, mentally and emotional levels.

The first step when performing a massage is to work with the back; carried out to release accumulated tension and gives positive effect both from the physical and energetic side and will be conducive to further work with the shoulders, neck and head. The final stage is a facial massage, which relaxes and soothes, connecting us with the energy of our soul.

Contact with the energy coming from the neck

Continuing the previous technique, keep your hands on either side of the patient's neck. Maintain harmony and allow the energy to flow freely by observing the vibrations arising in its field.

Repeat breathing exercises, and then move on to the next step. Feel the strength and sensitivity of your neck and harmonize your breathing and thoughts of light and peace.

Contact with the energy coming from the shoulders

To complete the energetic contact and move on to the first step of the massage itself, place your hands above the patient’s shoulders without leaving his aura. Inhale deeply and as you exhale, watch how your energy flows into the patient, relaxing and preparing him energetically for the massage.

Start an energy massage only when you feel calm and focused.

Self-instruction manual on energy massage techniques: video

I heard that there is an energy massage. If anyone knows or has heard of this, please tell me what it is and where it is taught. Thank you.

If we mean non-contact massage, then it is usually used by massage therapists of pre-retirement age to hide their physical disabilities in terms of providing high-quality contact massage. Jokes aside, but two psychics who came across to me when I was working as a massage therapist in a city hospital, despite gasping about my positive energy and trying to teach me how to make passes with my hands at the end of the massage in the form of the letter “Z,” never thanked me for the massage.
They teach to be healers at the Association alternative medicine, this even allows you to obtain licenses from the Ministry of Health. Cosmetologists also perform a type of energy facial massage. You understand how I feel about such non-contact massage of the face, body, head (and it is used everywhere).

Energy massage. It works only for those patients who believe in it. A kind of hypnotherapy session. There are easily suggestible individuals. For them, it is very important when another person (massage therapist) says that he has aligned the aura and closed the holes. And it is not surprising that it works for this patient. It's all about the power of imagination.
But there are unique ones that can influence energetically. But there are so few of them. There are many more who say that they can do energy massage; I have met these examples not only in videos, but also in real life.
Although, there are several techniques that S.N. Tereshkin taught me.
Before the massage, imagine that you are holding a sun ball in your hands. Try to feel the warmth and viscosity of this ball. Then mentally imagine a picture of a ray of energy coming out of each of your fingers. Try mentally to touch any object and “feel” its structure: rough, smooth, etc. After such a warm-up, your hands are more sensitive. And the patient’s recovery goes faster.

I believe more in energy point massage, that is, I mean acupressure. There they work with special points on the human body, but you need to work with your hands, you also need extensive knowledge and a special feeling for these points and problems with them.

I have only seen energy massage on video and read reviews. I don’t believe in contactless massage, but there are some techniques that allow you to achieve greater results with classic massage bodies. My colleague started, I will continue.
Another technique before starting a massage session. Ask the patient to imagine that he is on the ocean shore with pure water. Lies in the coastal line, ask you to mentally imagine that the waves are rolling in and taking away with them, pain, each wave brings clean water, and the darker one leaves, as it carries away diseases. I work to the sound of the ocean.
Next option. I ask the patient to visualize the pain. What it looks like, where it is located. Then we work together. While doing the massage, please imagine that my hands are taking away this pain, together we are removing the patient’s visualization. With everyone massage therapy, ask how you feel now, where is the pain, what does it look like?
Of course, there are more techniques and methods than I wrote.
I would be glad to hear other methods and techniques. This energy massage gives excellent reviews, probably due to psychotherapy and visualization.

Smart tips! But you can’t always tell the patient everything. There are people who don't believe or can't imagine the picture. And if a person has been sick for a month and with all his strength comes to you, and you say -
the pain goes away, but the pain does not go away? Then what will he think of you as a specialist? I think I should start the session therapeutic massage follows with a smile and warm words that you will definitely help after examination and diagnosis. Talk to him, and you will know what kind of person is in front of you and whether you can talk to him about the topics we wrote about. In general, there is an energy massage. It is carried out on the human meridians and at the exit points of the chakras. For those who are interested, I will tell you how energy massage of the body and head is performed, and what specific secrets of mastery there are.

I completely agree with my colleague about energy massage. I wrote only a few techniques that I use. And not everyone, you can work using your imagination. This method is best used when the diagnosis has been made and the patient has not come for the first time. Everything is individual. For inflammation sciatic nerve- energetic impact will not help. You are a wealth of information! Of course, tell us about energy massage on human meridians. And about bone-energy massage - what it is and what it is eaten with (how it is done).

Thank you for your sincere interest, colleagues. Focus on thoughts
theirs and the patient. The main thing for you is the patient’s recovery. First, believe in yourself and ask for permission and help from above. When permission is received, read a prayer for the recovery of the patient with his name, then imagine a large bubble, a ball in which the patient and your hands are located. Then place your hands near a source of natural light, charge, and only then put your hands on the sore spot
patient. Work with eyes closed. Mentally constantly ask for help from the Almighty, reading a prayer for the recovery of the sick person.
As soon as you feel a tingling or burning sensation in your palms, you need to gradually
remove your hands from the patient’s body and quickly wash your hands up to the elbows with running water. Don't dry your hands after an energy massage! Dry with air - this prerequisite so as not to take on the negativity! And if you’re tired, don’t continue. This will make the patient feel better.

Many thanks for interesting information! This is a very useful energy massage technique! Do you think that every person can do it, or should a massage therapist be, in some way, a bioenergy therapist?

All diseases are caused by nerves. I did, although before that I had had energy body massage many times, I found an amazing massage therapist in St. Petersburg who practices manual techniques. And when we delved into psychology, I felt the effect from the first session of a regular classic manual massage.

I also had it done by a professional massage therapist, who, however, does not deal with bioenergy things. However, such warmth came from his hands that the pain went away.

I understand you, only this phenomenon is not called energy massage, but professionalism in one’s business. All good masseurs a little bit of wizards.

Bone massage is the most interesting complex massage technicians. It is clear that we are not crushing the bones. We act on bones using the principle of neuroreflex response. But the uniqueness of this effect is that positive changes involve not only the bone, but also all the structures associated with it - muscles, ligaments, blood vessels.

Bone massage directly affects the bones of the skeleton. Massage uses vector or energy technology. The effect of bone massage is very deep, we often see a cumulative effect as the effect continues for a long time after the end of the massage.

PURPOSE OF BONE MASSAGE

The purpose of bone massage is liberation bone tissue from tension. Or, in the language of ancient Chinese doctors, the expulsion of “sha” from the bones.

To understand the importance of working with bone tissue, you need to understand the role of bone tissue as a resonator. According to the ancient Chinese, bone is a unique battery and energy transmitter. Dysfunctions in bones persist for a very long time. Even after a person's death.

Therefore, the massage therapist’s task is to cleanse the bones of tension.

Massage also improves bone trophism, which is beneficial for osteoporosis. Accelerates recovery from injuries. Has a beneficial effect on general health.

Warning. Working with bone tissue can cause toxic reactions. This is due to the fact that accumulated “toxins” are released from the bone tissue. Therefore, the volume of massage effects must be dosed. And in case of toxic reactions, give the patient a hot drink.

1. This massage complex (protocol) can be used immediately after you have completed training, as a kind of massage. You can call it “treatment by laying on of hands.”

2. In fact, the protocol allows you to solve many problems that are associated with bones and joints. Also indicated as anti-aging therapy for older people.

3. You need to understand that protocol treatment is carpet bombing, so it is important to perform the entire massage complex without missing anything.

4. The massage complex (protocol) takes about an hour to complete. But depending on the patient’s reaction, the execution time can vary from 40 minutes to an hour and a half.

5.If the massage is delayed, you can “cut off” the legs and arms.

6.If there is time left - and you need to finalize the timing - you can supplement the massage with small protocols. For example, the impact on the joints.

7.Massage is done in courses. For prevention once a year, for “treatment” it can be several times a year during the period of remission.

8.Sessions are held once a week. It is often impossible to do bone massage.

9. For prevention, a course of 1-2 sessions once a year is sufficient.

10. “Treatment” may require a course of up to 4-6 sessions until stable improvement appears. Accordingly, you can repeat courses of “treatment” 2-3 times a year.

11.For a stable effect, the patient must regularly engage in fitness and/or sports. Massage should be carried out against the backdrop of regular exercise.

Techniques for working on bones:

.General bone balance using vector techniques. The task is to center the bone. We fix the bone. We look at where tension arises in the body. Where “the voltage rings” or “the light bulb flashes.” That is, we are looking for a vector. The vector can also extend beyond the body. We shift the bone towards the tension with a soft surge, as if “sticking” it there. We maintain the displacement for up to 15 seconds until therapeutic phenomena appear.

Local bone reconstruction. The goal is to eliminate tension within the bone itself. How to reconstruct its correct structure. We compress the bone. We feel the tension, we enter into this tension. Having found the tension, we listen to where it wants to pour out, where the “energy” is released. Squeeze out the tension. We are waiting for expansion (therapeutic phenomena).

“Treatment” strategies. We can use the bone massage complex in two ways (strategies).

Strict adherence to protocol. You strictly follow the protocol, bone to bone. Strive to restore the mobility and centering of each bone. Doing up to four times each time. Your task is to strictly follow the protocol ritual. This best strategy for beginners.

Improvisation. You also adhere to protocol – take protocol as a basis. But you focus on tension. If there is no tension, you move on, you don’t even have to do anything. If there is tension, eliminate it by moving away from the protocol and tracking down all its manifestations. Here you can combine techniques on soft tissues, on organs, on bones. This method is suitable for experienced massage therapists.

Addition. By carrying out the protocol, that is, the general correction can be supplemented with targeted work. For example, working on blood vessels and joints. Main lymphatic drainage. Correction of leg length. Targeted work depends on the specific request of the patient.

Energy massage and healing!?

Mentions of exchange vitality in conversation modern people can be heard only in a few cases. In the first possible option the interlocutors will discuss energy vampires, in the second scenario, people will talk about love relationships. Such a narrow understanding of energy exchange is easily explained by the fact that both energy vampirism and love relationship go beyond ordinary dull sensations. But a voluntary or violent exchange of vital forces is possible in typical, non- causing acute emotions, situations. It occurs when creating an entry in a diary, and when looking at a work of art, and during a massage session.

Publishing a personal note in a diary will only lead to an influx of sarcastic individuals or friendly comments with congratulations. Such events will cause a corresponding emotional reaction in the form of irritation or raising the emotional tone, and this is also one of the models of the exchange of vital force. Energy exchange during a massage has more impressive consequences, which take the form of either a sharp relief from ailments or the appearance of a serious illness. In order to assess the seriousness of the consequences of such an exchange of vital forces, it is necessary to study possible scenarios for the exchange of energy during a massage session.

Cases when the massage therapist’s movements are not very successful pleasant sensations, are quite common. This reaction is possible if the massage therapist touches the adhesions and internal edema muscles. His task is to eliminate these bodily defects and restore normal condition muscle fibers. Mild fatigue, some drowsiness and relaxation after any massage seem normal phenomena, but if the massage therapist’s client after the procedure feels as if he had been unloading cars with coal for two days, then this circumstance speaks volumes. The first reason for such abnormal fatigue may be that a person suffers from chronic fatigue And nervous exhaustion. In this case, it is better for him to reduce the workload, avoid worries and critical situations, increase sleep time, and return to doing what he loves in the evenings. The second reason for the condition after which a person after a massage cannot lift a finger or read a book is energy vampirism. A massage therapist can take the client's life force both consciously and unconsciously. It is easy to understand whether the person providing the service is an energy vampire, because all you need to do is make an appointment with another similar specialist. If after a massage performed by a new massage therapist, fatigue does not occur, then you should refuse the services of an energy vampire. If this rule is neglected, a person will one day discover a new serious and chronic illness.

It should be remembered that there are energy vampires who take away negative energy from their clients during a massage session. If a person gets an appointment with such a specialist, then the sessions will bring him relief only as long as his body is unhealthy. From the moment the normal state of the body is restored, being near a massage therapist will begin to lead to a loss of strength and fatigue.

In the case when energy is taken consciously, after massage procedure a state of excitement may occur. A person who has been exposed to such an influence will grab onto everything at once, feel inspired and invigorated. Even when he is tired, sleep will not come to him. This is how the paradoxical phase of fatigue manifests itself. It either indicates that too much was taken from the client vitality, or that the massage session was carried out incorrectly.

The main signs of communicating with an energy vampire who has decided to become a massage therapist for the sake of easily finding victims is the inability to think normally and fall asleep. The statement regarding the inability to enter the kingdom of Morpheus is true for both the state of fatigue and the state of hyperactivity.

It also happens that a massage therapist acts as a donor, pouring energy into the client. After a long conversation with such a specialist, not only pain in muscles and joints, but also some other diseases can go away. For example, there is a known case when a woman went to see a massage therapist for six months. After six months, not only the pain in her joints and spine disappeared, but also her psoriasis. It seems quite reasonable to assume that the massage specialist unwittingly saved the lady from her skin disease, giving her access to her life force resources. After communicating with a massage therapist, the relationship with whom is based on such a model of energy exchange, a person is in lung condition relaxation, has no problems with emotions and thought processes, falls asleep easily. Inexperienced massage therapists of this type often take the illnesses of their clients upon themselves. Sometimes this manifests itself in excessive fatigue after a session, sometimes in painful sensations in those areas that the client called the cause of his suffering. In this case, the massage therapist should learn the simplest techniques for working with vitality, breathing exercises and other techniques designed to restore energy well-being.

People sometimes report that after a session with a trusted specialist whom they have been seeing for years, pain and other symptoms suddenly appear in their body. discomfort. At the same time, both the clients themselves and the massage therapist do not belong to the cohort of donors or energy vampires. The effect, which manifests itself in the form of the transfer of ailment from the massage therapist to the client, can be explained using another model of energy exchange. During a massage session, a person can transmit information about his ailments to a second person participating in this action. A massage therapist who suffers from pain in an injured joint or a migraine attack will not only do a poor job due to the inability to concentrate, but may also convey painful sensations to your client. This is why massage therapists refuse to see people on days when they feel unwell. Their clients should treat this quirk of specialists with understanding and respect.

The latest model of energy exchange during a session does not imply any special changes either in the state of the massage therapist or in the well-being of the client. In a situation where they are both in approximately the same state, and their attention is scattered, both will leave each other with the level of vitality with which they met. In life, most often the energy relationship between a client and a massage therapist is built precisely on this principle.

The human body has strong defense, designed to protect it from energy intrusions. Vampires make a hole in this invisible wall, insulting the person and causing an emotional outburst. The exchange of energy during lovemaking is possible due to close contact and the partners being at the peak of sensory perception. The exchange of vital energy during a massage, which seems to be a very ordinary action, is possible due to the relaxation of the client and the close physical and emotional contact that occurs during the session.

A massage session is not as common as it would seem, with energy point vision. However, this life is generally full of secrets and unusual discoveries.

Energy massage is a massage designed to mobilize hidden energy resources person. Some people mistakenly believe that energy massage is a non-contact massage, when there is a hypnotic effect on the human biofield, a kind of meditation. But, in fact, this type of massage is thousands of years old and is based on ancient Taoist teachings, including some existing techniques massage movements combined with mental concentration and distribution of the resulting effect throughout the body.

Energy massage- This the whole system healing and rejuvenation, very effective and consistent, bringing humanity good health, strength, kindness, love, light and complete harmony with the world around us. To reunite, become one and overcome illness, emotional trauma, grief and other problems - this is the main focus of this type of Thai massage.

Purpose of energy massage

To understand the essence of energy massage, you need to understand the purpose it pursues. And its essence is very simple - to help improve a person’s well-being using techniques that combine certain types massage and concentration practice.

This is when a massage therapist identifies stagnant zones in the body and directs his attention there, helping the body cope with pain, teaching it to determine the cause of stagnation, eliminate it, cope with mental and emotional stress and connect its energy with the energy of the entire Universe.

By identifying such areas and influencing them, the massage therapist creates excellent conditions, in which vital energy flows are activated and turned on, which entail the inclusion of mechanisms of self-healing and self-healing of impaired body functions. At this moment, the removal of negative and negative energy influence on the human body and restoration of its energy body, which is reunited with the energy of the surrounding world.

Here I would like to note the most important point - a lot depends on the professionalism of the massage therapist, who must have unique technique restoration of energy balance and carry out this procedure through direct contact with the patient. Energy body A massage therapist must certainly work in unison with the vibration of the entire Universe and bundles of external energy flows.
