Formally, it seems to be the same thing: the child studies at home. But in fact, these are completely different concepts. To avoid confusion, we will talk about the essence of each of them, revealing the advantages and disadvantages.

Homeschooling

This is a way to organize the educational process for children who are seriously ill. According to the law, homeschooling is not a form of education.

If the child’s intelligence is intact, the child can study according to general education programs, but at home or in a hospital. For example, if it is necessary to give injections by the hour or the school is not wheelchair accessible.

Distance learning

This is a way for teachers to interact with students at a distance. When a child communicates with a teacher via video call, does assignments online, or simply submits some work electronically. In this case, certifications are usually taken in person.

Legally, distance learning is not a form of education. Children studying in this way are usually part-time and master the program using distance learning technologies (DET).

Distance educational technologies are understood as educational technologies implemented mainly using information and telecommunication networks with indirect (at a distance) interaction between students and teaching staff.

The procedure for using DOT is regulated by the Ministry of Education and Science on January 9, 2014. In regular schools, they are most often used as an aid in teaching children with disabilities, as well as for conducting lessons in remote settlements.

Pros of distance learning

Allows you not to go to school every day. This is especially true for children who live far from her and have health problems.

Disadvantages of distance learning

Not all schools work with DOT. Most often they are private and paid.

Family learning

This is a form of receiving education outside an educational organization. This implies a conscious voluntary departure from school and the education of the child through the family. At the same time, he, like all schoolchildren, receives a certificate, since he is required to pass the state final certification.

In the Russian Federation, education can be obtained in organizations engaged in educational activities; outside organizations carrying out educational activities (in the form of family education and self-education).

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), in case of acceptance of the terms of the contract set out below and payment for services under this agreement, the legal entity or individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer (in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation acceptance of the offer is tantamount to concluding an agreement on the terms set out in the offer), and the Contractor and the Customer jointly are the Parties to this offer agreement.

1.4. In accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of this offer is prepayment of the ordered services on the terms specified in this offer by transferring funds to the Contractor's bank account.

1.5. By accepting this offer in the manner specified in clause 1.4. of this agreement, the Customer agrees to all the terms of the agreement as they are set out in the text of this agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The subject of this agreement is the paid provision to the Customer of information and methodological services to support the education of the Customer’s child (hereinafter referred to as the schoolchild) remotely.

2.2. The Contractor has the right at any time to change the dates for the provision of services, time, their cost and the terms of this agreement unilaterally without prior agreement with the Customer, while ensuring the publication of the changed conditions on the server: http://interneturok.ru/school_landing

2.3. If necessary, the Contractor provides the Customer with the opportunity to purchase a non-exclusive license for electronic forms of textbooks (hereinafter referred to as EFT) from the Prosveshchenie publishing house, subject to compensation by the Customer for the Contractor's expenses for purchasing a license for such EFT. An EFU license can be purchased within the current academic year for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of purchase. For the purposes of this agreement, the “academic year” means the period from June 1 of the current calendar year to May 31 of the next calendar year. 3.2. Payment for services under this agreement is carried out on the basis of one hundred percent prepayment and in the manner established by this agreement.

3.3. The customer has the right to access information on the site during the paid period. After the end of the paid period, access to the site materials is blocked until funds are received for a new period of service provision.

3.4. The Contractor cannot change the cost of paid services for a specific Customer if he has already accepted the Contractor’s terms and conditions and paid for the services in the manner prescribed by this agreement.

3.5. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds to the Contractor's bank account.

3.6. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the payments he makes.

3.7. In order to fulfill the contract, payment from the Customer is accepted exclusively in non-cash form to the Contractor's bank account in Russian rubles or US dollars at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment. 3.8. Services are provided in full subject to full payment by the Customer.

3.9. After the Customer pays the invoice and funds are credited to the Contractor's bank account, the offer agreement comes into force.

4. Special conditions

4.1. The Services are provided for the exclusive information of the Customer. It is prohibited to transfer the provided materials to third parties, including the Customer’s account data (login, password, etc.) for their sharing without the special permission of the Contractor.

4.2. The Contractor does everything possible to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted provision of services to the Customer in accordance with the tariffs.

4.3. The Contractor is not responsible for violation of the terms of the contract if such violation is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure), including: actions of government authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, lack of electricity and/or computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, riots, any other circumstances, not limited to those listed, that may affect the Contractor’s compliance with the terms of this public offer and are not under the control of the Contractor.

4.4. If it is impossible to provide services due to the fault of the Contractor, the latter undertakes to return the funds paid by the Customer. In other cases, no refund will be made.

4.5. The aggregate liability of the Contractor under this agreement, for any claim or claim in relation to the contract or its performance, is limited to the amount of payment paid to the Contractor by the Customer under this agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.2. The customer who paid for the services specified in clause 2.1. 2.3. 3. Cost of services and payment procedure

3.2. In case of unsatisfactory passing of the intermediate and/or final state certification by the Customer, the Contractors have the right to charge an additional fee for a retake.

3.3. Payment for services under this agreement is carried out on the basis of one hundred percent prepayment and in the manner established by this agreement.

3.4. Payment can be made by the Customer independently in a one-time payment for the entire selected period of service provision or through automatic extension of access, by the Contractor automatically debiting funds from the Customer’s bank card on a monthly basis.

3.5. 3.9. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds into the account of the Contractors.

5. Responsibility of the parties

5.1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this public offer, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Duration of the contract

6.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Customer and is valid until the Contractor fulfills its obligations to provide services in an amount corresponding to the amount of the advance payment made by the Customer under this offer agreement.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is drawn up in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and processing of personal data and applies to all personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) that the Private Educational Institution “First People's School” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, the Company) can receive from the subject of personal data who is a party to a civil law contract.

1.2. The operator ensures the protection of processed personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure, misuse or loss in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1.3. Policy Change

3. Processing of personal data
3.1. Receiving PD.

3.1.1. All PD should be obtained from the subject himself. If the subject's PD can only be obtained from a third party, then the subject must be notified of this or consent must be obtained from him.

The operator must inform the subject about the purposes, intended sources and methods of obtaining PD, the nature of the PD to be received, the list of actions with PD, the period during which the consent is valid and the procedure for its revocation, as well as the consequences of the subject’s refusal to give written consent to receive it.

3.1.3. Documents containing personal data are created by entering information into accounting forms.

3.2. PD processing.

3.4. Destruction of PD.

3.4.1. PD on electronic media is destroyed by erasing or formatting the media.

3.4.2. The fact of destruction of PD is documented by an act of destruction of media.

3.5. Transfer of PD.

3.5.1. The operator transfers PD to third parties in the following cases:

– the subject has expressed his consent to such actions;

– the transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.

3.5.2. List of persons to whom PD is transferred.

Third parties to whom PD is transferred:

– administrative and teaching staff of educational institutions;

– partners of the Company.

4. Protection of personal data
4.1. In accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents, the Operator has created a personal data protection system (PDS), consisting of subsystems of legal, organizational and technical protection.

4.2. The legal protection subsystem is a complex of legal, organizational, administrative and regulatory documents that ensure the creation, operation and improvement of the legal protection system.

4.3. The organizational protection subsystem includes the organization of the management structure of the CPPD, the permitting system, and the protection of information when working with employees, partners and third parties.

4.4. The technical protection subsystem includes a set of technical, software, software and hardware tools that ensure PD protection.

4.5. The main PD protection measures used by the Operator are:

4.5.1. Appointment of a person responsible for PD processing, who organizes PD processing, training and instruction, internal control over compliance by the institution and its employees with PD protection requirements.

4.5.12. Implementation of internal control and audit.

5. Basic rights of the subject of personal data and obligations of the Operator
5.1. Basic rights of the subject of personal data.

The subject has the right to access his personal data and the following information:

– confirmation of the fact of processing of PD by the Operator;

– legal grounds and purposes of PD processing;

– goals and methods of PD processing used by the Operator;

– name and location of the Operator, information about persons (except for the Operator’s employees) who have access to PD or to whom PD may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with the Operator or on the basis of federal law;

– terms of processing of personal data, including periods of their storage;

– the procedure for the exercise by the subject of personal data of the rights provided for by this Federal Law;

– name or surname, first name, patronymic and address of the person processing PD on behalf of the Operator, if processing has been or will be assigned to such a person;

– contacting the Operator and sending him requests;

– appealing the actions or inaction of the Operator.

5.2. Responsibilities of the Operator.

The operator is obliged:

– when collecting PD, provide information about PD processing;

– in cases where the PD was not received from the subject of the PD, notify the subject;

– in case of refusal to provide PD, the consequences of such refusal are explained to the subject;

– take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensure their adoption to protect PD from unauthorized or accidental access to it, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of PD, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to PD;

– provide responses to requests and appeals from subjects of personal data, their representatives and the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
