It can be easily removed by rubbing, compresses made from medicinal plants such as chamomile, marshmallow herbs, horseradish, birch leaves, oregano, and calendula flowers. Based on them, infusions are made by pouring boiling water over the herbs and then infusing them for 3 days. Use as a compress. If the mixture is infused with vodka, then it is used for rubbing.

Back balm made from willow bark is effective for osteochondrosis. It is prepared like this: take willow bark (2 tbsp), bay leaf (5 pieces), lilac bark (1 tbsp), mix, pour in 0.5 liters of vodka and an alcohol solution of camphor (50 mg). The balm is infused for 21 days, then filtered and used as a rub on the sore spot.

These herbal remedies relieve pain and increase spinal mobility, but they should be used carefully to avoid an allergic reaction.

Any ointment for lower back pain should not be prescribed to yourself, because it can be caused by various reasons (renal colic, problems in the genitourinary system). They should be used only on the recommendation of a doctor!
