You can easily prepare a filling breakfast or a delicious dinner in 20-30 minutes, using this recipe as a base for experimenting with other foods that are your family's favorites.
Once you try such a bun, it is very difficult to stop so as not to eat it all. Therefore, if you are afraid for your figure, it is better to use a baguette rather than portioned buns. It can be cut lengthwise and then divided into the required portions: ten centimeters for dad, eight for son, and five will be enough for mom. Just don’t miss it: having finished with their buns, your men may leave you without breakfast while you put on your beauty in front of the mirror!

Compound:
Sandwich bun - 3 pcs.
Ham – 150 gr
Mustard - 1 tsp.
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.
Refined sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Pickled cucumbers 1 pc.
Fresh dill - 1 bunch
Quail eggs - 7 pcs.

Preparation:


Cut the ham and cucumber into strips.


Combine mustard and mayonnaise.


Cut off the tops of the buns and scoop out the pulp. Grease the bottom of the buns with mustard and mayonnaise.


Then distribute the chopped ham and cucumber evenly.


Sprinkle a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the buns, and then break 2-3 quail eggs on top.


Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 5-7 minutes.

"Pizza" on a loaf

A kind of hot sandwiches with a huge advantage - the filling sticks perfectly to the loaf and does not run away either when bitten, or when carried or rearranged. And this is not the only plus. This recipe uses quite a lot of vegetables, and sometimes kids don’t particularly like them. But everything about these sandwiches is great and no one complains about the vegetables.
Compound:
Chicken breast - 500 gr
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sweet yellow pepper, yellow - 80 gr
Zucchini - 120 gr
Onion - 50 g
Cucumber - 150 tsp. marinated
Garlic - 3 cloves
Oregano - 1 tsp. dried
Dried basil - 1 tsp.
Semi-hard cheese - 170 gr
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Loaf - 12 pcs. pieces
Ketchup - optional or tomato sauce for serving

How to cook a la “pizza” on a loaf

Pass the chicken breast through a meat grinder. We take young zucchini, with tender skin, which we do not cut off, cut sweet peppers, pickled cucumbers and onions into small cubes. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add all these vegetables to our minced meat.


Beat in the egg, salt and pepper, add basil, oregano and mix well.


We take a good handful of minced meat and press it onto the loaf - it fits there perfectly. We try to make our sandwiches flat, taking into account the fact that we still need to put cheese on them. Line a baking tray with baking paper if desired and transfer the sandwiches onto it.


Place in an oven preheated to 180″ for about 15 minutes. After this time, take out and sprinkle each with grated cheese. You can just cut it - it’s even more convenient and faster. Return to oven for a couple of minutes until cheese melts. You can also sprinkle oregano leaves on top.



Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup. Bon appetit!

French sandwiches croque madame and croque monsieur. Hot sandwich recipe with egg and ham

A ham and cheese sandwich can be too simple in any cuisine other than French. The use of Dijon mustard and béchamel sauce, along with crispy slices of bread and juicy toppings, make it taste luxurious.
A croque madame differs from a croque monsieur by having a fried egg on top of the sandwich. It turns out that these scrambled eggs were associated with a French bonnet, which is why the sandwich received a feminine name.

Ingredients for the sandwich:
Ham – 150 gr
Dijon mustard - 3 tsp.

Hard cheese – 150 g
Toast bread - 4 pieces
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
For the sauce:
Butter - 40 g
Milk - 1 glass
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Ground nutmeg - 1 g
Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Salt - 0.25 tsp.
Dry thyme (thyme) – 1 pinch

Preparation:


Spread Dijon mustard on one side of the bread.



We won’t need 2 slices for now, but place the other 2 slices on a baking sheet greased with olive oil, mustard side up.



Sprinkle both pieces of bread with coarsely grated cheese.



Place thinly sliced ​​ham on top of the cheese.



Sprinkle cheese over ham.



Place the remaining two pieces of bread on top so that the side spread with mustard is aligned with the cheese. Spread the top with olive oil. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.


While the sandwiches are baking, prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan.


Pour the flour into the oil and stir vigorously in a circle. The flour should become creamy in color and acquire a creamy consistency.


Add milk, stir until the sauce thickens. Add spices and salt, stir - the sauce is ready.



Grease the baked sandwiches with sauce and sprinkle with cheese again. A few minutes in the oven and the sandwiches are ready.



All that remains is to place them on a leaf of green lettuce, simply sprinkle the croque-monsieur with finely chopped parsley, and place a “hat” of fried eggs on top of the croque-madame.

A delicious and colorful appetizer made from seasonal autumn vegetables available to everyone. You need to prepare such toasts more - this snack disappears from the table with lightning speed, faster than all other dishes. You can experiment with ingredients endlessly, there are combinations to suit every taste, but the one thing that remains unchanged is crispy garlic toast.
Compound:
Basics:
Bread (rye) - 6 slices
Mayonnaise (with quail egg TM “Maheev”) - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt (to taste) - 1 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Filling No. 1:
Fish (sardine in oil) - 1 can
Filling No. 2:
Boiled carrots - 2 pcs.
Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
Green onion to taste - 1 g
Black pepper to taste - 1 g
Filling No. 3:
Beets (boiled, not large) - 2 pcs.
Walnuts (crushed) - 1 handful
Greens (to taste) - 1 g
Decoration:
Black olives - 24 pcs.
Green olives (s/k) - 24 pcs.
Parsley (to taste) - 1 g

Preparation:



Cut the slices of bread into 4 equal parts, dry and brown in a multi-oven or oven at 190 degrees - 5-7 minutes.



Rub each toast with garlic on both sides. Mash the sardines with a fork in the oil until pate-like.



Grate carrots, potatoes, add chopped onion, pepper, season with mayonnaise, add salt if necessary - stir well.



Grate the beets, add nuts, chopped herbs, season with mayonnaise, add salt if necessary - stir well.



Using a fork, coat all toasts with fish filling.



Then put the carrot filling on top of half the toasts, and the beetroot filling on the other half of the toasts.

Hawaiian toast for breakfast

Hawaiian toast is quick, tasty, unusual and exotic, but it’s quite possible to make it at home in just a few minutes.



Compound:
White bread for toasting - 1 pc.
Canned pineapple - 1 puck
Processed cheese for toast - 1 slice
Ham – 25 g
Butter - 3 g

Preparation:


Toast the bread very lightly, otherwise it will not be optimally crispy because the top ingredients are heavy and moist. For those who use butter, lightly grease the fried bread with butter.



Place ham on bread.



Place canned pineapple pucks on the ham, first shaking off the syrup.



Place slices of cheese on top.



Microwave 2 pieces of toast at maximum power for 1 minute.

Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
Maasdam cheese – 50 gr
Fresh dill - 1 bunch
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Preparation:
Cut off the tops of the buns and press down the flesh with a spoon. Grease the inside of the bread and lids with sour cream.


Wash dill, cilantro and basil and dry with paper towels. Finely chop with a knife. Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes.


In a container, mix smoked brisket, herbs, sour cream and mustard. Mix well. No need to add salt.
Grate Maasdam cheese on a fine grater.


Break the egg, add grated cheese and beat a little with a fork. Pepper if desired. Fill the buns with filling.


Place in a refractory dish and pour the egg and cheese on top. Cover with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

This breakfast in bed will turn every morning into a holiday! An undeniable advantage for busy housewives is that you can prepare everything in the evening, and in the morning you can only bake a twisted appetizer, this is 15 minutes of time. Puff pastry will turn a banal sandwich into a festive dish.


Compound:
Ham – 150 gr
Hard cheese – 150 g
Champignons – 100 gr
Olives - 10 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.

Puff pastry – 400 g 1 package

How to prepare a twisted snack for breakfast


We choose delicious products to suit your taste. Let's start by taking the puff pastry out of the freezer and defrosting it at room temperature. At the same time, turn on the oven. Cut the cheese and ham into fairly large cubes. You can take any cheese you like, just one condition: it must melt well.



It's better to buy small, pretty champignons. Under a stream of cold water, we clean off with our hands everything unnecessary: ​​film, dirt. We take standard size wooden skewers. We string the products one by one, forming flavor beads. Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers carefully and carefully so that the champignons do not crack. Wash the cherry tomatoes and also thread them onto skewers.



For a magical breakfast in bed, you need long strips of dough. So lightly flour your cutting board and roll out the dough. After lightly rolling out, you need to cut the dough into ribbons; they should be wide enough so that you can curl the snack with them.



We wrap ribbons of puff pastry around the appetizer on the skewer. There is a little secret: no matter how we roll out the dough, it may not be long enough. Therefore, when wrapping, slightly pull the dough directly in your hands; if you do this carefully, it will not tear at all.



Then break the egg into a cup, beat lightly to make a homogeneous mass, and apply it to the future snack with a silicone brush.



Bake the twisted appetizer on skewers for 10-15 minutes until the dough is browned. We serve breakfast in bed: the obligatory strong espresso with foam, a couple of twisted snacks, a muffin with buttercream and, it would be nice, flowers...
We string the appetizer onto skewers, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator until the morning. We also put the dough from the freezer on the refrigerator shelf in the evening - in the morning it will be practically defrosted. And all that remains is to bake the appetizer in the oven.

We cut the loaf into portions and you can use absolutely any filling.
Compound:
Any fish fillet – 500 g
Loaf - 1 pc. (400 gr)
Milk - 0.5 l.
Onions - 200 gr
Hard cheese – 150 – 200 g
Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Greens - 30-50 g
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for lubrication

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion, herbs and fish and mix, salt and pepper to taste. Grate the hard cheese onto a separate plate.


Cut the loaf into pieces, about 2 cm each. Soak the pieces in milk and squeeze a little.


We make a depression in each piece, pressing down the crumb so that the pieces do not fall apart. Now put the fish with onions in the cavity and grease with mayonnaise.


Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a baking sheet and lay out the nests. Place in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.



Open the oven, sprinkle with hard cheese and place in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts. When ready, take it out and serve hot, garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!

If you soak the loaf in milk, then after the oven it will be soft and tender.

Baked loaf with cheese and garlic

It will be good to cook it on the road and for a picnic in nature. If you do not unfold the foil, the loaf remains warm and soft for a long time. The variety of greens will allow you to vary the flavor of the filling. Also, if desired, you can add anything to the loaf: sausage, ham, fish, meat, and so on.

Compound:
French loaf - 0.5 pcs.
Butter - 100 g
Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
Hard cheese – 100 g
Fresh dill - 1 bunch
Garlic - 3 cloves

Preparation:


Wash the greens and chop finely.


Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.


The oil should be at room temperature - soft. Soften the butter using a microwave or water bath. It should become soft, not liquid!


We clean the garlic and pass it through a press. Combine butter, cheese, herbs and garlic, squeezed through a garlic press.


Mix all ingredients well until smooth.


Cut the loaf into pieces 1.5-2 centimeters thick; do not make the cuts all the way through. Fill the slits with a mixture of cheese and herbs.


Wrap the loaf in foil.


Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C. After 15 minutes, you can open the foil slightly and turn on the grill to get a golden brown crust.
