Now about bonuses

By creating combinations of 4 or more stones of the same color, you receive bonuses. The more stones in a combination, the cooler the bonuses and the more points you get for them. Each bonus is unique and works differently, they are undoubtedly very useful!

The Fire bonus is obtained by matching 4 identical gems in a row. Breaks 5 cells. The area of ​​effect is a 3x3 cross.

The Cosmos bonus is obtained by making a combination of 5 identical gems. Breaks 7 cells. The area of ​​effect (depending on the type) is either the entire horizontal or the entire vertical on which the bonus is located.

For completing each level you can get up to 3 stars. The more points you score, the more stars you will receive. Stars are displayed on the map near the corresponding level. You can replay levels, trying to improve your score.

These obstacles do not all fall out at once, but are replenished over time.

What are hearts for?

From the very beginning you are given 5 hearts.

For each level lost, one heart is removed.

Every 1.5 hours one heart is restored.

You can also buy them in a store or ask friends (1 heart per 24 hours, but you must have no more than 5 hearts, otherwise the gift will not be accepted).

After the planet is settled, the time for heart recovery decreases.

Gold and diamonds - for what?

Instead of currency on the planet, payments are made in gold or currency.

Diamonds can be bought at the store. For entering via VKontakte you get 10 diamonds, but only once.

Gold is earned by completing levels or purchased in exchange for diamonds. The better you complete the level, the more gold you will receive.

Why do you need a planet at all?

You can get to the Planet from the level map by clicking on the middle button of the bottom panel.

What you can do on the planet:

Build buildings that speed up the recovery of hearts;
- build totems that improve the efficiency of completing levels;
- expand the planet when there is not enough space for construction;
- observe the inhabitants of the planet.

To build something, go to the store (cart icon), select a section (buildings or totems), then select the desired building/totem and click on the button with the cost. The building/totem will stand on any free space on the planet.

Buildings and totems become available as you progress through levels.

Buildings can be improved 3 times. Improved buildings restore hearts faster.
Totems can be upgraded 5 times. Improved totems recover faster and break more stones.

How to play?

Passing the game “Planet of Gems” is impossible without knowing what needs to be done in such a bright and beautiful application. For example, there is a colored circle that resembles a multi-colored candy cane. To pass it quickly, you need a high reaction speed, attention and observation. The number of moves is also limited. For example, in the second level you need to make only 10 moves. However, two totems of fire and fire already appear here. Thanks to them, you can destroy a larger number of stones in a minimum amount of time. Let us remind you that the fire totem is obtained when you break 4 stones of the same color standing in a row at once. The Air Totem is a reward for matching seven equal stones in a row.

How to pass levels from 1 to 10?

To pass levels from 1 to 10, you first need to evaluate the overall picture and estimate the optimal possible moves offhand. In this case, it is worth putting the puzzle together so as to maximize the number of stones of the same color. That is, so that not three, but at least 4-5 figures “burn out” at a time. And if you do this correctly, you can earn 350 points. This is exactly how you need to beat the game “Planet of Gems” (we’ll tell you how to beat it without difficulty).

To enter the third and each subsequent level you need to spend one heart. Let us remind you that from the first minutes of the game you are given 5 of these hearts, which are removed from the player if they fail to complete the levels. At this level you need to collect 500 points in 15 moves. To do this, you should follow the instructions that appear in the pop-up clouds. For example, if you collect 5 identical figures in a row, you will get a space totem. A column of 6 figures makes it possible to obtain a water totem. And he, in turn, will help you break 7 cubes in any order. Here you can get a fire totem that breaks 5 cells at once.

At the fourth level you need to have time to score 500 points in just 30 seconds. To do this, follow the prompts and get several fire totems. At the fifth level the task is to break all the cells. To do this, you need to create the right combinations of stones and use totems of fire and space.

At the sixth and seventh levels “Planet of Gems” (passing them involves breaking all filled cells) you need to collect fire and water totems. How to pass levels from 11 to 19?

On the tenth and twelfth, you just need to break all the cells. On the eleventh - collect 750 points in 30 seconds. How to pass levels from 20 to 30?

Levels 20 to 30 are considered a little more difficult than the previous ones. These are not too difficult, but also not very easy game modes in the “Gem Planet” application. Passing them is complicated by appearing blocks. For example, it can be a regular cell, which is broken the first time, a double cell (it is destroyed only the second time), a “box” (it is broken by a combination of cells), a “double box” (it can only be broken by a totem or a colored “chip”), “triple box”, an obstacle in the form of gray squares and with the image of a symbol of earth, fire, water element, etc. In this case, the “triple box” can be destroyed by three explosions of cells of the same color. The obstacle can be overcome using a magic totem with a similar icon. Obstacles with signs of water, space, fire and air are eliminated by the power of totems with identical pictures.

At levels 20, 24, 27 and 29 we are talking about meteorites that need to be lowered to the very bottom. On 21, 22, 23, 25, 28 and 30 you need to break all the cells and clear the entire playing field. Bonuses and magic totems will help with this. And at level 26, it makes sense to quickly collect 2500 points in just 45 seconds. To do this, again, you need to monitor the correct combinations and get totems.

Difficult levels in the game “Planet of Gems” (walkthrough)

Level 80 and all subsequent ones are considered more difficult than the previous ones. So, for example, it is at the 80th that certain black holes appear, on which there are no chips and other obstacles, and the playing field itself narrows. The distance between different colored stones also increases, which makes it much more difficult to find possible combinations.

However, there is only one meteorite in it, which needs to be lowered to the very bottom, so with the right combination and using the totem, the level is completed very quickly. Planet of the Gems is based on the popular match-3 game mechanic.

You need to move any two adjacent blocks so that the result is a row of 3 blocks of the same color.

If you make a row of 4 gems, a bomb will appear on the playing field. After any movement to the side it will explode. You can explode it on the spot by double-clicking on it. After the explosion, the bomb and the four side cells with which it bordered are destroyed.

If you make a row of 5 gems, a lightning bolt will appear on the playing field. It can destroy all blocks vertically or horizontally.

To complete a level you need to complete a certain task: score points, destroy tiles, move the meteorite down. If you can't do this, you'll have to start over. Or you can spend the crystal and participate in the lottery, where you can win extra turns or lives.

Levels are divided into two types. In some, we are limited by the number of moves; you can think about each move for a very long time. In others, there is a time limit, and we need to make moves very quickly without thinking through the consequences.

Rules on the global map

To play a level, you need to spend one life (heart). If we complete the level, the heart will return to us. If not, it will be lost.

Hearts gradually accumulate (about 1 heart per hour). The maximum supply of hearts is 5 pieces. But for crystals you can increase the maximum reserve.

For completing levels you are given gold bars, which can be spent on various improvements on the Planet of Gems. Available improvements can be viewed by selecting the left “house” icon on the map. Decorative upgrades gradually reduce the time required to restore hearts. Totems provide new stackable special abilities at levels.

Another useful resource is crystals. For crystals, you can participate in the lottery after the level to win random bonuses (1 crystal) (the first few times you can participate for free). You can skip a level for 20 crystals. You can buy an improvement in the number of lives, unlock totems ahead of time.

Crystals are not earned in the game itself. You can earn crystals by linking the game to your VKontakte profile (10 crystals). In the store you can exchange gold for crystals, but the exchange rate is very high (1500 gold for 1 crystal). You can also buy them for real money (10 crystals for 58 rubles).

Tips for the game

With each new attempt, at the same level, there will be different options for the arrangement of gems. Therefore, it is useless to watch walkthrough videos on the Internet; in them you will not see the exact combination of actions necessary to win. In our walkthrough you won’t find exact recipes for winning, but we at least have tips on the correct tactics for passing each level.

We build improvements as soon as they appear in the store. This will reduce the waiting time for new lives. The appearance of an improvement can be seen in the game message, or in the form of red numbers on the left “house” icon.

At levels it is better to always collect combinations as low as possible. This will cause the top gems to fall out, and perhaps some other combinations will form by chance.

In addition to the main goal, you can score 3 stars at a level to get more gold per level. You don't have to wait until the last move to score these stars. If we complete the stage as quickly as possible, the remaining moves will be spent on explosions of gems, and this will bring us the missing points and stars.
